I highly recommend The Drury Plaza Hotel as a safe, clean and convenient location if you are attending an event at Pitts

Safe location, walking distance to PPG Arena; very clean, stylish decor; friendly, helpful, professional staff; free happy hour and breakfast.

Drury is excellent at what they do. A great place to stay

This property was perfect for 6 adults, 5 children under 10 years old, plus an infant to gather and enjoy each other when not enjoying the fun of the city.

Das Frühstück war lecker, aber nicht sehr abwechlungsreich. Es gab dafür Nachmittags Popcorn und auch Abendessen im Preis enthalten- für uns eine schöne Überraschung. Parken im Hotel und generell Pittsburgh war teuer/ nicht leicht. Letztlich haben wir einen Parkplatz gut 10min zu Fuß entfernt für 14$ (deutlich weniger als die Hälfte als im Hotel) gefunden. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, hilfreich, engagiert und gleichzeitig nicht aufdringlich in allen Aspekten des Aufenthalts. (Vorsicht nur beim Essen werden auch mal volle Gläser und ähnliches abgeräumt während man kurz am Buffet ist). Thank you guys so much!

Clean & comfortable with a great proximity to downtown.

The breakfast offerings were great and convenient, and the staff was very kind. They were able to answer our questions in a fast and kind manner. Our room was clean and comfortable, as well as quiet! We would come here again.

The only downside is the lack of free parking around the facilities. $36 a night for valet on top of spending ~$300-400 was a little surprising, but I understand that we're in a city. The valet was very kind and prompt as well!

Perfect stay

The staff were all amazing. The valet staff were exceptional. They were always polite and ready to assist/help with any questions or requests. The location is within walking distance of many restaurants. Can’t wait to come back

If I can stay in Drury, I do it.

Okay, where to start… Everything is awesome. The room is spacious and the AC works perfectly. The hotel has all the necessary facilities including the rooftop terrace. The breakfasts are good, and the kickoffs are great. It’s literally a dinner with some drinks. Also, I love the vault doors left from the bank. The personnel is friendly.

A Comfortable, Convenient Place to Stay in Downtown Pittsburgh

The Drury welcomed us with a free drink at the lobby bar (beer or wine) and a light dinner. This was unexpected but welcome after our long drive to arrive in Pittsburgh. The hotel's location in the financial district is a short walk to Point State Park, where one can get a close-up view of the confluence of the three rivers. It's also a short distance from Market Square, where several restaurants and other attractions are. In the morning, there's a hot breakfast included in the price of the room, with a wide variety of items from which to choose.

The one thing that irritated me was the cost of parking. At $37 for an overnight stay, it seemed excessive and increased our cost of stay dramatically. There aren't any alternatives for parking in the neighborhood, and the hotel obviously takes advantage of this.

Great location, free breakfast and the 5:30 kick off was so nice! Was there for the Taylor Swift concert and you wouldn’t even tell how busy they were. The staff was great!

Half my money back. I could have went to a motel with a good view. It was my daughter 18th birthday.

That my original room was dirty. And they wouldn’t clean it. The just gave me a different room with the view of a building.

Breakfeast and dinner were good. They were well stocked and kept very clean and neat. The beer was good but maybe offer a few more types if cocktails. Coffee was good.

Waffles were ok. The buffet is the same each year. Should try to add some new foods.
