Disappointed

location to trails. Refrigerator and access to bikes a big plus.

I called front office directly for a reservation. Very disappointed no reply or returned call. Seems this lack of service or callback has happened in the past before this last trip Having stayed at Haven multiple times I was dismayed and discouraged by the lack of courtesy call back or customer service. I will consider other options due to poor customer services.

It was ok. I wish the water pressure was better, beds were better, and it was one block closer.

Room was large and spacious. Parking was easy. Location is walkable to main hub of town. Staff was nice.

Beds were small and not very comfortable. Wifi was very bad. I ended up using my data the entire stay. Water was not automatically provided unless I asked for it, so I had to call and ask daily for a few water bottles. I wish it would be automatically provided, or accessible for me to get my own. Water pressure was terrible.

Very disappointing accommodations. I’ve stayed other places in solving. This one was on the pricier side yet was the wor

The property was a little way out of the main town area so it had the potential to be quiet. There was easy parking and the blinds kept things dark at night.

Unfortunately there were some things that weren’t very good. First, we stayed three nights and never had any house keeping or even offer of extra towels or anything. There was very noisy work being done outside our room by the property, so relaxing and reading was out of the question. The volume didn’t work on the tv. The mirror in the bathroom was hung too low and my friend had to bend down to do his hair. There was hair on the walls from the last guests. The doors and locks didn’t work smoothly and were a struggle. Despite being a labeled a queen suite the accommodations were quite cramped. The living room couch was losing its plastic coating and pieces of it would stick to your legs when you sat on it. Will not return to this hotel and I do not recommend it to others.

Sehr schönes Zimmer, tolle Farben, bequemes Bett, gute Kissen und alles vorhanden, Kaffee, Wasser und und und. Die Lage ist toll, ein paar Schritte vom Schuss! Der Empfang war sehr nett und wir würden wieder kommen!!

Enjoyed the area and being able to sit outside our room. The Inn had all the comforts of home

Very convenient place to stay in downtown Solvang

The room was comfortable and the suite aspect nice. Location was vey convenient to walking downtown. The bathroom was nice and clean

The window air conditioner was a bit loud. Ceiling in the bedroom had a big crack and the carpet had runs and stains. The only contact we had with staff was via text. Sadly there is a big construction project going on next door

Great boutique place to stay!

Quiet. Very cozy. Large shower and bathroom. Comfortable bed & soft bedding. Tesla charging station (1).

Parking is tight. Non electric car parked at charging station. Staff needs to assure that parking space is only for charging.

good location, quiet, comfortable bed, nice bathroom with amenities

room was a little run down with marks on the walls, the decor looked cheap. they only had cable tv, no streaming services or ability to screen cast so had to watch bad cable tv when going to bed.

It was a great stay and close to town!

The Inn was very homey and nice. It was a 10 min walk from town and everything there. The bed was super comfortable and the room was great for the price we paid. We would definitely stay again!

The AC didn’t really work and we had trouble with our TV. There was construction going on next door that was pretty noisey but it wasn’t really something they could control.

My stay was comfortable, and there was sufficient outside privacy to enjoy the company of friends.

The walk to the downtown was not too bad. Better street lighting would help. The room did have flashlights, which was helpful.

Perfect stay for our family of 3, king bed and pull-out couch with plenty of room!

The room was very spacious, clean, and welcoming. We loved the reading nook in our bedroom and the walk-in shower was great! There was safe parking and it was a 5 minute walk from the main plazas. The contactless check-in and check-out were great, and staff was very friendly and helpful!
