Luxury stay on a poor man's budget

Clean and comfy while centrally located.

We’ve stayed three times over last few years. Centrally located for us, clean nice staff.

location, comfort, kindness. it was near a great bowling alley, and near major roads intersections so easy for travel. friendly staff, comfortable room.

Bottom floor was a bit noisy. Doors slamming, people stomping upstairs.

Not for the money

No hand soap in the bathroom. Wash cloths covered in makeup. Dangerously strong Shower head stung and couldn't make it less so had to take a bath. No outlet for far side of bed. Paint peeling off ceiling above shower.

My review

I was pleasantly surprised with the room. The hotel is conveniently located.

During the night the smoke alarms started sounding. I couldn’t get ahold of anybody at the front desk when I called so I left the room to find out if I needed to leave the hotel. One of the other guests informed me that someone had burned some toast and set off the alarms. None of the staff ever explained why the smoke alarms sounded.

Under new management, several things need to be taken care of

Staff tried

Booked handicap room with walk-in shower 🚿 for my recently disabled mother. Wasn't able to give her a shower after a long drive , and before her great granddaughters 11th birthday party. The phone in the room didn't work. I asked for extra blankets for my mother blood thinners make her cold all the time . NO BLANKETS WERE AVAILABLE, I was given sheets ( a set of bedding, pillow cases and all ) NOT A COMFORTER OR BLANKET IN SITE . I booked my room almost a month in advance. NO BREAKFAST

It’s was okay. Better than some but not better than most

Staff were neither kind nor unfriendly. The rooms were clean I guess but not well maintained. The lady that checked me out wasn’t very friendly but wasn’t rude

Not worth it…

I like that the rooms were big and had kitchenettes.

i had found cockroaches in my room. I had to supply my own toilet paper, towels, trash bags. They were suppose to clean my room and never did even after I asked day after day and was told they would. Had the front desk clerk hang up on me twice when asking for things or to have my room cleaned.

The room and day staff

The fact that someone booked a cheerleading team on the top floor. Who does that!? Then after calling the front desk 3 times the loud crashing noises and the stampede up and down the stairway never stopped. For a hotel that is supposed to be for people that are working, it was terrible. I’ll never stay in one again and will never recommend one. Absolutely a nightmare.
