Spacious and close to the National Mall.

This was a great apartment to stay with family. We loved the size of the space and a family of 4 was comfortable. The apartment is close to the main area attractions and there are plenty of places to eat steps away. We would definitely book this place again when we come back.

Fantastic location, great base to visit Washington. Everything made very easy.

Amazing location, so close to everything. Well equipped. Very clean. Comfy beds. Lots of towels. Excellent on site pool. Great free coffee and tea in reception. Very easy check-in as reception had a key folder.

Terrible WIFI - couldn't even watch netflix. Endless buffering and start stop. Told owners and they said thanks for letting them know.... not sure anything will change. We missed local information folder. Would have helped to know where local supermarkets were or some recommendations for restaurants. Using internet to research instead was hampered by awful wifi. Maybe a little expensive on comparision with others.

Great place to stay and see the city

Great size and location. Had everything we needed and the kids loved the pool and hot tub. We were able to walk to several museums, monuments, and restaurants from this location. Less than a 5 minute walk to the metro. We had a great time here!

Everything was quite clean except the carpets had a lot of staining.

Truly a luxury experience

Fantastic location, great space for family. All amenities are included. Managed by a very responsive company. Every time I had a question, it was promptly answered. Parking was available in the building. All facilities were excellent, including gym, pool and hot tub. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience. Kids are already talking about going back!

Great place, location is fantastic and pool is really fun to have.

The location is absolutely fantastic, close to all the museums and lots of restaurants around. My kids especially liked the pool after fool days of slow museum works. It was really quite during the night and we slept well.

It doesn’t have anything to do with the property, but we rented an apartment with the kitchen because I was hoping to cook, but it turned out that the closest supermarket is about 20 minutes walk away. Someone else who plans to do the same might want to plan better.

A safe and comfortable place to stay for a family in Central DC

We stayed here as a family of five for four nights as part of a holiday. The location is very central and great for seeing all the main museums and sites on foot. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and well-equipped, with a dishwasher and washer-dryer. We used the pool and gym a few times and everyone liked the free coffee in the lobby!

The decor is a bit soulless! We had some trouble with the electricity and wifi when we first arrived but the staff were very responsive and came to sort it out quickly - and this was on a Sunday evening, so they really did a good job.

Good location, some things lacking.

Good location. Place was clean and there was plenty of room. Everything worked, except one light bulb.

I received a call prior to check in. The lady asked me when I was checking in, and then asked me to cancel my reservation with booking.com and then book directly with them in exchange for a $100 discount. When I said that “would not be right” she hung up on me. The check in process and location to go could be much more clear. We had to walk back and forth to figure out where to go. Basics were missing. No baking sheets, no salt or pepper, no cooking spray. I don’t expect it to be fully stocked, but I do expect some of the basics. The parking garage is very cramped.

Excellent apartment very well situated.

Excellent location. Just a short way from the Yellow Line Metro which gets you to all the main sites. Everything clean and well equipped except we needed more teaspoons as being English we were always making tea and there was only one spoon, such a small detail. Beds very comfortable. We appreciated the free coffee in reception when we came in after a hard day sightseeing.

Sofa beds not very comfortable to sit on in the evening. Could have done with some cushions perhaps.

Overall great apartment and location, with very friendly staff. Perfect spot for a family.

Stunning apartment. Great kitchen, bathrooms, and living spaces. 2 small couches that convert to futons. Some surfaces needed cleaning (table tops, etc). There were extra blankets for the futons, but I don't think they'd been washed in a long time (one was wrapped up in a dirty sheet in the blanket bag.) We had to finish drying and folding the prior guests sheets and towels (still in the washer and dryer), but we also got to check in early. Note that there are blackout shades in bedrooms but not living rooms, and the street itself is noisy. On the plus side, tons of good restaurants, the Shakespeare theatre, and museums at your doorstep.

Bed linens and blankets. Wash the blankets.

location was great, having a kitchen was also useful. Great for extended family staying together.

Not much, having a designated place to store bags (before check-in or after check-out) would be convenient for those that don't have a car, but there are nearby places that offer that service too.

The location is perfect! It's walking distance to the museums, capital building, white house...etc. There were a lot of restaurants and stores for shopping around. The apartment is clean, views are awesome, and staffs are very friendly. I will stay again.

Facilities and amenities were excellent - there was enough pillows, bedding, utensils for everyone. The apartment was very clean, and close to where we needed to go. Within short walking distance from metro.

I would suggest better instructions on how to get into the building (which side to enter from 7th vs 8th ave NW, the apartment is closest to the 7th ave NW side) for people checking in.

poorly equipped kitchen. Had to buy plates and glasses. lots of mis match and only 4 of everything making it difficult for multiple meals and days. also not enough towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner for multiple days.
