Close location to the AllState Arena. Clean rooms.
Not being able to modify my stay, then getting charged for a no show fee even though I paid for my stay in full and told them I wouldn’t be making it for our first night (since I couldn’t modify my booking). Also having to put a deposit down (on top of the incidentals hold) even though I paid for my stay in full. Had to wait a long time for the elevator since there were only two for 8 floors. Breakfast was very underwhelming. Way overpriced for what you get at this hotel.

Love the proximity to the arena and O’Hare. And the price was wonderful. As a single mom it was so nice to have a reasonably price place to stay.
The breakfast was meh to terrible. That’s the one thing I prefer about holiday inns. Much better breakfast. We didn’t even eat anything the last day - it didn’t look good. And it was the same boring meal every day.

Great breakfast included. Spacious rooms. Spacious bathrooms. Bar open late. Staff always helpful and friendly.
Paid parking. Elevators are slow.

The room was spacious and was clean except for the coffee runs under the desk. Being so close to the airport you could still hear the planes flying by but it was manageable probably due to the windows that the hotel has installed. I am a light sleeper and I was able to get to sleep and was not woken up from the planes.
The fridge that was in my room was not working properly. When I went to put water bottles inside it was not even cold. It was lukewarm at best. If there was a thermometer in the fridge I would guess that the temp was almost 45 degrees. There was also coffee drips down the wall under the desk.

No hot water to shower. Our room keys would not work.

Good but wish there was bacon. Not a fan of sausage.
Wish there was a microwave either in the room or on the floor to reheat our meals. Toilets were really low and hard to get off of. Thought 2 dollars for a pack of 2 cookies was extreme. Felt like we were being taken advantage of after already giving our business to your hotel. Everything else was amazing.

Shuttle access, Had long walk with luggage from terminal 5 to get to shuttle facility. After long international flight - very tiring. Need more info or better shuttle access.

The room was spacious. Clean. Breakfast was decent. Staff was friendly.
No parking spots! It's very inconvenience when you have to park in the Laquinta's parking lot.
Also, our room 223, the frig did not work. Our food was spoiled on Sunday. We returned our room late Saturday thinking our drinks and food would be cold but no. There was no microwave either.
There was a house keeper that opened our door without knocking while we were in the room. It was almost around 10am. Check out is 11am. The extra blanket in the closet is VERY thin.

The proximity to Allstate Arena! The room was so cute and amazing, quiet despite being in the "path" of landing planes. Was able to order doordash to be delivered. In a decent neighborhood.

Very difficult to find from the airport itself. On foot with bags in tow. Plus, don’t drink at the bar inside the hotel unless you are willing to pay $9.00+ per domestic beer which the bartender will not inform you of nor are you given a drink menu to know what you’re paying. I called and left a message for the GM, but he never returned my call. You decide whether you want to spend your night, time, and money here. My experience is true and I know I will never spend another dime here.

The hotel had awful smell, the hallway was dark, my bathroom had hair on the ceiling , towels and on the toilet. The breakfast was not so good.we had to pay for parking even tho we paid 220 for hotel per night .

nothing.
Tv didn’t work, no tv signal for my whole stay. Shower was dirty. Paid $20 for parking but there were no parking spots so I was told to park at the hotel next door that I was not staying at. Big party in the lobby the family was extremely loud all night. Property is very out dated and old. Breakfast was not ready at the time that it was advertised to be done. so we were forced to leave and go buy breakfast because we didn’t have time to wait longer. When spoke to supervisor about my unpleasant stay, he was extremely rude and hung up on my face.

Excellent location, walked to Allstate Arena!
We stayed one night for a concert. There was absolutely no hot water left at 10am, before checkout time. Also, we forgot to put up the sleeping sign, and had housekeeping knock on our door three times starting at 8am.
