Could use a little TLC
No complaints.

I was provided a 3rd story room , as requested due the floors are "thin" and you can hear the people above you. The establishment does not have an elevator.
Booking was with breakfast included. Made reservations for 2 adults and 1 child. Informed upon check in that only 2 vouchers per room for breakfast. So our son was not provided breakfast, which based on the reservation was included for all of us, not just the adults. In my opinion this is false advertising. I have stayed here before in years past and this is a new and an unexpected and unpleasant change.

Breakfast was great, our room was clean, comfortable & quiet.

They gave us vouchers for Breakfast at the Denny's next door and that was really great. The pool was open and nice. The staff was friendly. Bonus the Mexican restaurant down the street was yummy! Very easy access on and off the Freeway. Great road trip stop.
It would have been nice to have security camera's in the parking lot. We had a truck that was full of boxes from moving and it was only possible to park near our room, as the security cameras were in a further away lot.

Clean, very quiet considering the location, extremely comfortable beds
There were random people sitting in their cars all night with the windows down just hanging around. I’m not sure what was going on, but it made us uneasy.

Walked into the room and there was a smell. The carpet was wet. The room looked dated and well used. Asked for a new room on the same floor as they had no elevator. We were told it would be 30 to 40 min for a room. We waited and hour and a half to be told they couldn’t guarantee a room for us. We packed up and went done the road 5 min and stayed at the comfort inn.

The staff was super friendly, the room was fine, the beds were comfortable (my daughter said it was the best bed out of all of our 8 day road trip), the bathroom was fine, and breakfast at Denny's was fabulous!
NO ELEVATOR was horrible!!! Not only that we were on the 3rd floor and had to carry all our stuff up 2 flights of stairs, but the fact that we were in the first room at the top of the stairs and heard people dragging their luggage up and down the stairwell all night. We also heard a lot of road noise from the freeway off-ramp that couldn't be drown out with the heater fan.

I like that it’s clean and neat, not ghetto looking. The staff is great. I mean they’re really nice and customer service is great I’m pretty happy about this stay. I didn’t want to go to the place next door because this places seemed more legit. pool jacuzzi, a small work out room. The lady walked me around. They were really nice to me and I really can’t say more about a place like this you would figure they would be more crackheads and stuff around but that’s not the case the Denny’s next door provides the hotel here provides the hotel guest with free breakfast. I’m eating it right now and I’m stoked. The rooms are cool looking and have everything. Truth be told I might have expected a bed that wasn’t this comfortable. it’s a high end bed and the pillows we’re comfortable. pretty happy camper here
There was nothing I could complain about. I guess the only thing I came up with is there’s no elevators but they told me that they will accommodate handicap no problems.

My service dog enjoyed the area in the back. It’s pretty quiet for it being right off the highway, which makes it really convenient. The location is perfect for a nice walk to get coffee and food. I LOVED THE POOL AND HOT TUB! The housekeeper who cleaned our room, SHE IS AMAZING! She acknowledged my service dog and made a bed for her as well as cleaned our BBQ stuff.
It located right behind the Dennys next to Super 8, looks like it used to be part of super 8. I didn’t like they shared a pool with the hotel next door. Someone took the do not disturb off the door and left pool towels up and down the hall after their little party.

Dennys breakfast was a great kicker and option for to go orders although they were slow.

It is close to about everything in the center of the city and these right in the same complex is a Denny's restaurant and I really the staff is pretty good.. all in all I enjoy staying there I go there about twice a month
I don't like where you have to show your driver's license and a credit card that the room was purchased.. what I don't understand what is someone else purchase the room for you how you're supposed to give the credit card to them to know that it was purchased by someone else so you see that does not work there they have to fix that problem.. a lot of times companies will pay for your stay.. we do not have the credit card with us the company does.... Or i someone pays for my room who is not here how am I supposed to be available to show him my my card when I did not pay for it on that card so you see there's a lot of confusion about that it needs to be fixed soon on the whole site that's the only fault I find with it it's a serious one when other people pay for your room and then you cannot produce the kind

Everything positive except the lack of safety stickers or strips on tub to prevent slipping.
Free breakfast at Denny's convenient. Room well taken care of.
Nearly slipped in shower as there were no safety strips on that tub. Simple fix.
