After a one-night stay, we checked out because it just wasn't where we needed to be.

Nothing well, the room was not clean, and no breakfast was available, it was just an overall bad experience. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Everything posted on Booking.com is misleading and unfair to anyone who uses this site.

I did like that the room wasn't clean, there was trash and dead roaches on the floor. I also did not like the toilet was leaking and when I would go to the bathroom my feet would get wet with toilet water. Another thing that I didn't like was that the shower faucet falling apart.

False Advertising.. THERE IS NO FREE BREAKFASTS.. EVEN THO WHEN YOU SIGNED THE CONTRACT IT STATES *FREE BREAKFASTS. ..

If a rock bottom price and a hot shower are your only standards then this place checks all the boxes

Housekeeping needs to do better. The floor was gross. We didn't dare put our bare feet on it. My bed had someone's hair on it. The pillows were lumpy. There was an old coffee pack inside the coffee machine and some cigarette ash next to it. The room had a strange odor so we had to keep the fan on to help mask it. The first room we were given had flying bugs on the bed and walls. I wish I had looked at the reviews beforehand. Also, we had to check-in with the front desk clerk through a bulletproof glass window. That was a first for me. 😳 Also, there is no breakfast no matter what Booking.com says.

Looks can be deceiving

Landscaping was kept well.

Towels were dirty, faucet on sink was loose, no water pressure, holes in the bathroom door.

the rooms don't look updated as the pictures look. they claim it's free breakfast but there is none, they have roaches & there's barely any parking.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and quiet. Free WiFi b that I didn't need because I had great service.

I wished there were more stores around, so I didn't have to travel so much

Rooms where clean but the shower head was leaking was ready to fall off smoke alarm was covered with a plastic bag. Door didn’t close right unless locked

Aside from no breakfast (for now), And no pool, it’s perfect!!👍🏼

Best place to stay in Spring, Texas for the price. Doesn’t feel so hotel-like, more homey than anywhere I’ve stayed in the area. If they started doing breakfast again and maybe had a pool, I’d say it was perfect!

No pool or breakfast which sucks. They should at least start breakfast again.

first, there is no included breakfast when we arrived because according to the receptionist they stopped serving d/t COVID but it is still included in our booking per site of booking.com. IT HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED FOR YEARS. poor communication between booking.com and the facility. second, i spoke to the cust service of booking.com and trying to resolve the issue but the phone number of the inn is out of reach until i got tired bec of the long drive. 3rd, the day shift receptionist said that he will, instead, give us a complimentary bottled water bec of miscommunication but he didnt.

Disappointing

The thing I didn’t like about the property was, the curtains did not close properly, outside looking in.,there was hair on the door & toilet of the bathroom when arrived, then, I asked for fresh towels to bath on the morning of check out, but because we were checking out they only gave big towels, no wash cloths.

Tired off fighting with these people. Looking for another place to stay. We stay here a lot like more than half a month maybe 3/4 of a month almost every month.

The room is clean and great everything about Scottish is amazing I would definitely recommend this to a friend or family the staff is amazing and they welcome you like you are family
