That it’s very pretty.
I wouldn’t know what an actual stay is like. We had a very unfriendly interaction with a staff member so we requested a refund and stayed elsewhere. Very stressful to have such an experience on our honeymoon. The young lady who called prior to our stay was so very kind. I’m not sure why this gentleman who stated he was the manager would find it necessary to call me a “Karen” because they gave misinformation about being able to drop off bags before you can check in….you can’t drop anything off if the property is locked and there is no staff on the property. How does that make me anything other than a customer who was misled????

Awesome breakfast each day
9.0
Only knock on our experience was the fact that the temperature for our room and another room on the floor were controlled by one thermostat and the other guests apparently like sleeping in 80 degree room temp. Otherwise, we would give our experience an 11. Accommodations were excellent and staff was exceptional. Kudos to Trey! We will be back again.

Great location . Easy parking . Very nice room . Sorry we missed breakfast due to conference my wife attended .
Will stay here again when in Savannah .

Unfortunate that the Jacuzzi wouldn't work (could not get enough hot water), but they kindly took off dollars from the cost of the room. The staff were really friendly and helpful.
The breakfast could have been better as the pancakes weren't the best - quite dry and not enough syrup was provided.

it was a great place to stay. beautiful room and great people. great breakfast.
nothing I didn’t like

Lovely property, great staff and food. Room/bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect for us. It's on a gorgeous street and very quiet.
The only thing we would have preferred was a room with a window. We were in an interioir unit. The room was very comfortable and liked that there was an exterior door in the hallway.

Breakfast was wonderful. Tony was great. He was personable and helpful.
We didn't like being in the basement.

Hotel was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was wonderful. Updated and very clean. Room was great what a wonderful setting and atmosphere. The work they did made to update was appreciated. Loved the room. Great place to stay. Wonderful home.
A little further than thought to river walk. The B&B was great though and made up for the walk. Close to park.

Great location, staff trying very hard.
Breakfasts were occasionally poor. No usable chair in the room.

I loved the sense of history for the whole inn.
8.0
it was historic and felt the bedding and towels were nice but it is “original”. They cut corners in some areas.
After 6, no staff was around and no amenities were available (coffee, tea, etc). Not comfortable seating in the bedroom. First impression of chef wasn’t favorable and miscommunication about time we were supposed to come to breakfast.

Breakfast was wonderful. Located within walking distance of many points of interests in beautiful historic Savannah.

We had a 4 night stay at Justine Inn, Savannah from 8th to 12th September, and we not hesitate to give this Boutique Bed and Breakfast our recommendation to anyone visiting Savannah.
We stayed in the Versailles Room which had a free standing bath tub and separate shower over a tub as well as a jacuzzi bath all set out in a massive bathroom. The bedroom had a super comfortable mattress and plenty of wardrobe space.
The breakfasts were fabulous with fruit, juice and each day a cooked speciality, and set us up for the day. On return after a day sightseeing we were greeted with wine and nibbles which was an extremely nice touch.
The hosts were so sociable and helping, even filling our request for milk so we could wake up to a morning cup of tea.
If Savannah ever again is on our list of cities to visit in the USA, this Bed and Breakfast will be a priority to book. This was definitely 5 star.
Our grateful thanks Andy & Clare

The location , staff and the breakfast.
some weird decorations in the room. And the floor and wall are thin, so can hear noises. Carpet is old and not very clean. A significant yellow stain on the bed sheets .

Breakfast wonderful. Room was comfortable.
Room was under the kitchen so noise was an issue.

It was a lovely inn! It was beautifully decorated and the location was excellent for walking around the historic
district.
The only improvement I would suggest would be to have a more comfortable sitting chair in the room for reading

The facility was beautiful and comfortable and the staff was excellent, friendly and helpful. The location was great. You can walk everywhere. And they have happy hour every evening!
9.0
The breakfast was creative and delicious - like going to a 5 star restaurant. Location was in the historic district and walkable to all the sights. Staff was friendly and engaging.
The furniture in the king room was a little to big for the room.

Tony the chef was unbelievalble. The breakfasts were amazing each day and catered to each guests needs and wants. They also provided a small happy hour each evening and was very pleasant.
Tony went out of his wy to assist us in locating restaurants and intorduced us to pedicabs.
The parking was not available due to renovation and construction which is understood. Tony and staff helped us to locate adequate close parking during our stay.

Tony serves a wonderful breakfast. We also enjoyed the wine and cheese service at 5pm.
Nothing to complain about. They are doing some reno, but otherwise it was wonderful.

Beautiful home in a great location.
Only complaint would be that the thermostat is accessible to all guests. It was in the high 70s when we visited and the guests next to us turned the heat on. haha
10.0
Great location. Beautiful, historic home. Lovely wine and cheese reception in the evening with a delicious breakfast in the am. Staff (Reese and Tony) very friendly. Very clean.
No dedicated parking, but not too hard finding spots on the street. Even though we booked a "ground floor", there are steps up to the registration and breakfast area.
