Great place, great location, even better staff

Unit 204 was updated with an adorable beach vibe with everything needed and more to “live” at the beach while visiting!!

The folks upstairs were ridiculously loud all night and there was no one at the front desk to help until 10:30 am the next day-I’m already on the beach by then….

We had an amazing stay. I couldn’t ask for anything better. What a blessing!

I loved how clean the rooms were and refreshing. I felt at home here. I love the kitchen and all the supplies you get to cook meals at home (which in turns saves you money especially great if you cannot eat certain foods due to medical related reasons). It has an indoor pool (not as big as the pictures made it look) but it’s warm and my daughter enjoyed it and seeing her smile means the world to me. I enjoyed the balcony at the property we view of the ocean.

The air condition did not work in the bedroom (made it really hot) also could use updated outdoor balcony furniture) maybe just our room? We stayed in 302.

Very close to beach. Quiet location but near restaurants.

Close to beach, great office staff to help you check in. Would stay here again!

The staff was very accommodating and nice. We had a great view and overall enjoyed our stay!

Right near the beach within walking distance. Comfortable space for 4 people , 2 adults and 2 kids.

We had a minor issue with the shower draining. It was repaired and working within the same day. The staff was very prompt in fixing it. The swimming pool was also closed so that was a bummer especially it being a reason we booked there.

Would stay again for another short trip.

It is in a great location and the price is good. The staff were very kind. The beds were clean and comfortable. Really liked that linen was included so we didn’t have to pack it. The game room was fun for the kids. Parking was easy and convenient. We could leave our beach stuff in the car and didn’t have to lug it back and forth from the room to the beach.

We were excited about the indoor pool but didn’t get in because it didn’t look clean. There was a film on top of the water. I didn’t ask about it because we were only there for a couple days and spent most of our time at the beach. The condo we stayed in had 2 balconies but only had sitting on one. The tv in the bedroom was a plus but it only worked for one night. Also, only one lamp worked, the shower light was out and the batteries in the remote were dead. Again, I’m sure those issues could have been resolved easily but we didn’t feel like dealing with it since we were only there for a short stay and we could easily work around those things.

Superb

Location is excellent, beds are comfortable and spacious. Condo has all necessary things to stay. There is pretty nice recreation area on 2nd floor with ping-pong table, chess tables,, etc. Personnell is very friendly. Parking is located beneath the 2nd floor, so your vehicle rests in shadow, parking spots' number is sufficient for everybody.

Drainage of condensing water in air conditioners is external and leaks around the building. Air conditioners look very old and are located at every balcony. And they are noisy. Balcony floor not always has proper slope, so you can see some shallow pool on balcony floor. Not all electric power sockets are functional. The number of them is insufficient especially with nowadays charging needs and cpap machines. External cold water facility for washing down sand on the way from beach to room does not have any (privacy) walls at all and needs the penetrating (grating) floor for sand and water to easily go down. Looks like water quality in internal pool is below par: water is not transparent at all and you cannot see signs of it's movement supposing it has to be constantly filtered.

I thought the room was terrific and the proximity to the beach was really nice.

I wish each room was assigned a specific parking spot. It would make things easier for everyone. I also think that two keys per room should be given out.

It was ok. Noise was a real issue, probably won’t be back.

Clean and spacious, close to the beach.

Very very loud. Hard for even the adults to sleep and the banging from walking/stomping in the hallways and upstairs was keeping the kids up and constantly waking them up, scaring them. Also heard talking and laughing a lot, etc. during quiet time.

Booking.com seems to only care about getting the money not making sure customers are comfortable with their stay.

The proximity to the beach

That I booked a place with an ocean view balcony. Paid in full. On the 3rd day we wake up in the morning to Slider to the balcony jammed shut/would not open. Had a little girl didn’t feel well and couldn’t go to the beach. Her father stayed back with her all day. He couldn’t even sit on the balcony and enjoy the view. Contacted front desk who said they would send maintenance to fix it. They never came. Talked to management at checkout about dissatisfaction. Also messaged this site. No response! Totally unacceptable. I should have been credited something for a day and a half of no balcony/ocean view that I paid in full!

Why would you slend all this money to renovate this condo wnd put chewp mattesses on the beds.

Newly renovated condo. Very pretty very clean. Very nice staff. Close to beach.

Uncomfortable beds. My husband had to sleep on the couch. No ice in freezer. Had to go out and buy ice trays. Pool closed while we were there.

Thanksgiving getaway

The place was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. It was a nice change from a traditional hotel suite. It was spacious which I loved.

I didn't really like that several big Screen TV boxes were blocking the door to the apartment. I mentioned it to the management and I thought the boxes would be moved, but they did not get moved. That's all that I didn't like.

Workers in next door unit both days; felt like pricing was a bait and switch tactic, as original fee for 3 nights was $50 more than we paid for 2 nights, also,when we looked up a 2 night stay on booking.com, fee was $200 less than what we paid.

the apartment was clean and well appointed. The location was nice as described: within short walking distance from the beach.

On the third day of our stay workers came into our apartment to fix the sprinkler on the balkony. But we have been forewarned by the staff a day before and the two workers left our apartment after 15 minutes.

Room had a nice view. Closeness to beach, a good location for restaurants and stores..close to Fenwick/Bethany to avoid taxes on alcohol beverages

The location was very nice and super close to the beach! Stores and restaurants were extremely close by which made it super convenient. It was big and roomy with having a child running around so that was perfect for our family.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable so sleeping was pretty miserable. I’m pretty sure the blanket on the bed had blood on it.

Very nice

The condo was clean and cheerful. Nicely decorated and comfortable. Our balcony had a good view of the ocean as we were on the 4th floor and had the end unit.

nice location and staff was nice but not there all the time and made us supply our own toilet paper and get our own towels. the place was outdated, cable tv didn’t wirk in bedroom after manager said she did thorough check of rental before we went in. A/C didn’t work that great. had ro keep ceiling fans running for circulation. probably not going back there
