Comfortable and convenient.

Staff were very friendly - the location was fantastic. Close to great restaurants and a short walk to the beach!

Wasn't sure about how to get new towels or where to empty trash.

First time in a long time that I wasn’t disappointed in my hotel!

It was very clean and convenient! Everything was in good repair.. The temperature was mid to high 90’s. The A/C worked great and the ice machine was huge help!!

Great peaceful time with a friend!

There was no breakfast on site.Having the hotel being clean is very important to me when I travel!I liked the private sand area!

An elevator would be nice!

Almost everything.

There is nothing the motel is responsible for, but the early morning garbage truck makes quite a noise.

Very good

Very quiet, great view from windows. We were able to watch the SeaWitch parade. The walking distance to the bandstand & boardwalk was great as well. Very happy that I was able to pick up some Fishers Popcorn 🍿 to take home. Thanks again.

We were disappointed there was not a microwave in the room. We had leftovers & were not able to enjoy them later in the day or the next day. Since we don't live far from Rehoboth, we were able to enjoy them when we got home.

The front desk lady was so friendly and very vigilant about people behaving and not being on property if not a guest. Festival weekend was busy

Very good

We’re big fans of Dogfish Head Brewing-and this is right next door. Hotel is also clean and comfortable, plenty of parking, and near several other great restaurants.

Outstanding location, standard room

Outstanding location easily walkable to restaurants and the beach/boardwalk. Manager was very friendly; we were able to stay parked on-site after check-out. Room was clean and furniture was modern and nice. Included a mini-fridge and Keurig. The toilet was separated from the shower, so both could be used at once.

No hair dryer. Floor was very cold; no carpeting/rug by bed. Room was relatively small. We did not receive the wifi password at check-in, and when I called the hotel in the early evening to ask, it went to voicemail.
