Not happy about what my family and I went through in just 30 minutes of stay at this hotel.

The room looked clean

I checked into the hotel, went to the room, the tv wasn't working. My grandkids and I got dressed to go to the pool only to find out the pool was closed. I asked at the front desk about the tv and pool and the attendant told me the pool might get fixed sometime this week. He couldn't do anything about the tv. I didn't like the attitude he gave me, my grandkids was very upset that they wasn't going swimming or even watch tv for the evening. So we went back up to the room changed into our clothes and gathered our belongings and checked out. The same attendant said he couldn't do refunds to check with the manger tomorrow and he would not give me a conformation of check out. The indoor pool was why I booked this hotel. My family and I wasn't at the hotel no more than 30 minutes.

It’s always perfect for what I need

Everything is clean and generally in good shape.

I enjoy the walk in showers I usually get, this room had a tub shower which is harder for me to navigate.

It’s just always in order, clean, maintained and worth coming back to year after year.

I like the location, it is roughly the half way point between Chicago and Coastal NC. It’s been my stop for the last 8 years I believe, twice a year, coming and going.

I’m not a fan of the low toilets in the standard rooms, just me.

Good Stay at the Fairfield Huntington

Easy and quick check-in. Clean and quiet room. Good hot breakfast with scrambled eggs and bacon (although the orange juice was more like orange water lol). Chocolate chip cookies in the lobby.

Everything was fine. Would stay here again.

We loved the location the view was really nice

The room was spacious. The breakfast was good but cleaned up too soon . The hotel was clean.¡

Breakfast a little longer. The pool needed some talc . It needed some chemicals cause it had foam on top.

Poor value, Not worth the $250 for small room 2 beds, very very uncomfortable beds!

Overall it was clean and tidy. Also no bed bugs as I checked thoroughly under both mattresses. Overall the Staff was great.

There was blood on the shower wall by the shower head. There was blood and dried snot on the back edge of the sink under the mirror. odd foul smell in the room. the mattress was old/lumpy, very uncomfortable. The pillows where old/ no support very uncomfortable. Minimal breakfast bar. few healthy choices. The breakfast bar attendant was in everyone's personal space as if trying to hurry us along.

I would stay again.

staff was very nice, including the housekeeping staff. There was a good variety of breakfast foods.

Would have liked the air conditioning to go lower than 66 degrees. The bathroom door would "Squeal" when opening/closing. It would not close all the way either due to the door not being square, or the floor was higher in some areas.

This stay was the perfect one night stay, and supplied all out needs.

It was clean. The beds were so comfortable. The shower and water pressure were excellent. They even had small shampoo and soap dispensers in the shower in case you forgot to bring your own.

Nothing. It’s exactly what you need.

Liked the hotel. Would come back next summer on the way back from OC MD.

Breakfast was very delicious. Loved the Turkey sausages , egg McMuffins and mini waffles. Also loved Bob Evans restaurant down the street (for dinner the night before). Loved the mini wine bottles! Staff was deaf friendly.

The bed mattress was warped like an old mattress. Not firm enough.

Unfortunately we were there for a funeral so hard to excited about our stay. Very friendly staff!

Nice place but lots of small things ignored

Property is well situated and has been real nice before

Wait 15 minutes to check in only one person on duty. Shower curtain had mildew. Carpets need cleaned in hall. Landscaping was weeds. Smoke free facility with smoky stairways and entrances littered with cigarette butts. Plug on lamp in room didn’t work.

Nice stay

The hotel was very clean. We enjoyed sitting out on the back deck. The view was very pretty.

There wasn't really much we didn't like. I would say the pillows were a little too soft, not mich support.

Why I love Marriott Hotels....

Great staff. Clean from the entrance to the room. Nothing really was off or wrong. Everything you'd expect from a proper Marriott. Just up the hill from what may be the Taj Mahal of Taco Bells.

The entrance to parking was perhaps poorly lit. Other than that miniscule thing, no issues.
