Great location, overall good experience

Prime location, great breakfast, nice roof top bar, parking deck on site

The view of the river was amazing. The ability to walk at night and only be minutes away from everything was awesome.

My stay was restful and allowed me to see my first grandson's graduation from high school.

The afternoon reception had a good selection of cheese, chips, snack mix, fresh veggies, etc. a fair selection of wine and bar drinks as well as sodas and or coffee. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of choices and cooked to order omelets. The woman cooking omelets kept cleaning constantly as she took orders and cooked. I saw her examine every plate before plating the omelets and rejected anything that didn't meet her expectations.

Will not be back to this hotel!

Location

Staff, room, price. I paid $1,000 for two nights and was the worst customer service. Room was hot, HVAC barely worked. Room service nor guest services would answer phone. Called front desk and lady said all I can do is transfer you back. Breakfast staff was rude, and laughed at me and my daughter for being 15 minutes early for dining room opening.

Great location

Front desk was excellent. Booking.com messed did not update our reservation correctly so the hotel didn’t know we were coming a day early. The hotel accommodated my family of 7 great. I will book directly with the hotel next time.

Absolutely perfect, celebrating my husband’s 81st birthday!

The location over looking the reedy river and falls park was exactly what we wanted. The room was perfect for us and it was very quiet.

A pleasant stay but would be improved with a better breakfast

Convenient location with adjoining car park. (Much cheaper than valet parking). Good size room. Restaurant on site.

Breakfast could have been better. Shortage of bread, cutlery on first day. Better on subsequent days. Rooms not serviced until later in the day. (after 4pm). Receptioninst on arrival was very abrupt. Other staff much more pleasant. Signposting from car park to reception could be better.

IT WAS AN ENJOYABLE AND FUN STAY FOR EXTENED FAMILY WITH CHILDREN.

BREAKFAST WAS EXCEPTIONAL AND ADDED MUCH VALUE TO THE STAY. THE INDOOR POOL WAS ALSO ADDED VALUE SINCE WE HAD A RAINY SATURDAY. WE ENJOYED HAVING THE PARK RIGHT OUTSIDE THE DOORS.

Great hotel in a fabulous location!

Rooftop bar with fire pits was lovely. Also having a Ruth’s Chris onsite was very convenient.

Managers reception needed one additional bartender for a sold out hotel. One person was not enough to handle the crowd.

Frustrating birthday weekend

Unfortunately, due to an incident with bed bugs, we were moved to a room with one less bed. Not enough space for 5 people. Lack of response from the staff made the situation much worse. Still no resolution from the hotel which is frustrating. We are currently still waiting for a refund.

An immediate response from the team would have made the situation much better. The hotel is nice and we’d like to return. We hope the issue is resolved quickly.

The bed was dirty and uncomfortable and the Breakfast buffet staff was very very rude. Staff was rude when we checked in.

Everything was very nice. Maybe look at getting more engaging staff.

The room was nice as was the breakfast.

We found the staff very unfriendly and they seemed very unhappy. To be honest it was very much bad energy and to be honest a bit of a downer. When paying these kinds of prices one would expect a little gratitude from the staff. After all the customers are paying their wages. or maybe management isn’t paying them enough.

The hotel is very clean and in an awesome location. My room was very spacious.

Valet assumed because I had cash. I just got paid. That comment was out of line. Housekeeping knocked once and walked in on me while I was getting dressed.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there on a return trip

I liked the location a lot. It was downtown and a comfortable walk to restaurants, shopping and Reedy Park. Breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed the daily cocktail receptions too! Thank you!

There were no bellmen. It took my sister and I a little trouble getting luggage to cart and negotiating it to the room. I am handicapped and my sister has back issues. It would have been nice to have help. Also I wanted a balcony on water side of property and our balcony was in front of air conditioning units. Not pleasant. It was a waste of money. Twenty five dollars per day in addition to cost of the room for parking was a bit excessive I thought. You need to make guests aware of housekeeping protocols. The first day I read sign in bathroom saying to call for service. During the call the agent said no need to call, rooms are cleaned daily. He told me to remove do not disturb sign and room would be done. We did that, got home late and had to call at night to get trash removed and towels. It was confusing.

Wonderful! Excellent! Amazing!!

The Room was excellent 👌! We had a great view with a balcony! The breakfast is awesome with plenty of options to chose from! The restaurants at the hotel are delicious!

More options with the evening reception bar! The bartender kept pushing something she made up that was watered down. Also please supply enough cups for the bartender!
