Nice pace to stay in Greenville

Great location, nice and clean room, good breakfast

The breakfast area is not sufficient for the number of guests coming. It was somewhat crowded. No free onsite parking except for time limited street parking. However, there is inexpensive public parking garage just cross the road.

Wonderful sty that exceeded our expectations.

Everything was perfect. The location was within walking distance of everything. We used valet and the guys there were great and personable. Front desk was helpful. Rooms were immaculate and spacious. Very up to date. No complaints at all.

The location is awesome, the rooms are super clean, and the people are always so, so nice.

Nice serviced accommodation.

Situated off I-85 Greenville is a very lively and pretty city indeed. The hotel is well located at a very walk-able distance from the most happening areas of town and the Falls Lake Park at the Reedy River. Check-in was quick, simple and no smiles. Car Parking is on-site but valet service controlled. Costs $25. Need to mention though that the valet guys are really courteous and efficient. And they smile unlike the reception. Room, beds, linen and baths were nice. Morning hot breakfast spread had limited options but whatever was out was good, although at times supply was out, primarily due to more guests at a time. May be a supply chain issue. But most importantly the breakfast is served right in the lobby and having breakfast sitting on sofas was a little challenging. Overall Nice one-night stay.

Great location writing walking distance with great staff.

The staff was very helpful with recommendations of places to eat and things to do within walking distance. The breakfast was excellent! I was not expecting that at all. I only wish you offer hot teas as well.

Weekend before Christmas!

Valet parker was professional. He worked in the evenings. Tall slender black Male.

December 24, the young lady secured breakfast 5 minutes early and we had to wait almost 10 minutes for paper plates.

It was a clean hotel lacking customer service.

The property was clean and our room was large.

It was our anniversary- I asked if anything could be done to make our experience special. We are new to SC and visiting Greenville. Other than the front desk person saying Happy Anniversary, nothing was done. We even got charged extra to check in early. It was disappointing.

An outdoor pool would have Ben nice, but I understand why it doesn’t make sense in Greenville’s climate.

Overall good value and good location

Location was great. Hotel and rooms were clean. Staff were friendly and accommodating. I NEVER stay at a hotel rated 3 stars but was traveling with a mom-friend who made the selection. I was prepared to book another space if it didn't cut the mustard but didn't need to. It was in walking distance from everything. Breakfast was good although the coffee could have been better. Additionally, the advertisements for the restaurant made you think there were good food options and full service but in fact they were a bit limited AND the front desk guy was also the cook and the bar tender. I guess staffing shortages are a challenge everywhere. In any event, he provided good service and the food was edible (wings, a sandwich, and fries). He even checked on us after delivering our food and making cocktails. I'd stay there again.
