Blissful relaxation

The inn is a modern built craft style, lovingly maintained. the staff is superb, offering an excellent blend of service and privacy. The beds were comfortable and inviting while the breakfast surpassed all expectations. We are going back as soon as possible.

The blowdryer was broken. It had a loose screen on the end sucked my hair in and pulled a chunk of hair out.

This is a very pleasant boutique hotel with welcoming staff and a nice breakfast.

Very nice corner room with a view on the third floor, small but adequate. Comfortable bed. The lounge on the first floor was very comfortable for reading and morning tea. Breakfast was very nice, and staff was friendly. The hotel is was very quiet, but that was due in part to our visit being on a weeknight. A 3:30 check in time was very convenient for us.

There was some confusion over the breakfast serving time, we requested 8:00 at check-in but an email was sent to us the evening before which we didn’t see until we were waiting downstairs the next morning. Breakfast at 8:30 is later than we prefer as we are early risers, but that’s just us.

Heron Inn Exceeds!

Attentive staff was helpful at every juncture. Despite the age of the building the amenities were all 5star including bath and the luxurious bed. The rich homestyle ambiance was exquisite with open trust in customers use of common areas. The spa, hot tub gazebo and delightful breakfast impressed. Everything about the Heron was detailed showing thoughtful care for our well being. Our stay was quiet.

Next door business operated an exhaust fan whose volume and frequency was annoying.

A very pleasant time.

The whole building was charming and the people friendly. The breakfast was ample, even for one avoiding eggs and meat.

There was too little surface space in the room for my pile of papers and other things out of the suitcase. Also the shower tub was slippery - could use a mat. The lack of an elevator should be up front, but it proved not to be a problem.

great location, homey, clean and comfortable, large well-appointed rooms with fireplace. very very good hot breakfast with healthy option and no bread!!!! yayy!!!!

The pillows on the bed were awful. They were about 14 inches thick and impossible to sleep with. I did not sleep hardly at all because of it.

Very nice place. And walking distance to stuff in town. They even emailed me at 10:30 in the morning that my rooms were ready! And check in was at 3. Nice lobby area with fireplace that me and my family hung out in after the Christmas boat parade. Very clean and nice staff

Location was perfect for walking the town but tucked away off the main

Staff seemed a bit stressed- the welcome was unorganized. After being lead to our room, the host removed the last guests laundry….for sanitary reasons, we were surprised that slipped housekeeping procedure.

Pure comfort

La Conner is a gem in Washington and the heron inn was a Perfect Location. The staff were all so nice and helpful. My wife and I honeymooned here and it was the most relaxing experience for us! We highly recommend and look forward to returning.

Attention to detail and anticipation of every need. For example, ice was pre-bagged in zip lock bags. Massage was fabulous. Restaurant recommendations were perfect.

Comfortable stay in nice small town

We pretty much liked everything about our stay. We particularly enjoyed the fruit bowl with breakfast. La Conner is a nice town to relax in for a day. The waterfront is a 5 minute walk away with restaurants, shops and bald eagles to watch.
