The location...pretty close to downtown and highway.
The room is way too small and there's only one nightstand. No place to put clothes in and not big enough for two open luggages. Lighting in the bathroom is poor and shower system wasn't working properly. Couldn't use the hand system which made it a bit uncomfortable to shower without getting hair wet. Nothing is complementary, not even the coffee and there's nothing within walking distance. The toilet cover needs replacing. Pictures are deceiving.

Nice room and super comfy bed. Keypad checkin was very convenient.
Hosts were great communicators!

We love everything, but the beds are soo comfortable and customer service is awesome!!!
We’ve stayed when there was a wedding next door. It was noisy, but shut right down at 11, which I thought was reasonable. Just hard when you have to be at the horse show so early in the morning. My only complaint.

Becca was very good and helpful. Good beds and room was unique. Good value.

Loved the proximity to the race track.
A microwave would have made this perfect.

great location. very clean. friendly staff
it was small but that was fine. However it was cold and can’t regulate the heat or AC from inside the room. But there was a space heater that heated the room very nicely

The hotel had recently changed ownership- it DOES NOT provide daily housekeeping, NO Frontdesk, we found several bugs under our bed, the plumbing system is old and out-dated and makes the noise ALL night. The “staff” were rude and the room is cold! You will not have the ability to control your own room temperature by the way. It is very CHEAPLY run for the price they charge. The room is extremely small that DOES NOT even fit a chair inside.

Loves the chic boutique style. It was very cozy and clean. They added a nice touch to the room to accommodate my dog with a pet bag of goodies, food bowls, pet lay mat. They give a very warm and welcoming feeling.
There isn’t a restaurant or much of any facilities.

The rooms were small but very cute, the management got right back to you with any questions or requests. The small full size bar was adorable. It was RIGHT, right across from the track- seriously, it was separated by a chain link fence. There would be no need to pay for a race if you were staying there.

Did not realize it was not a traditional motel - no staff on site - everything done on line and then given a code for your door. We had not received our code by time we arrived and I don't know how long we would have waited to receive it if someone hadn't happened to be there and she called and had the code sent immediately. Right beside a side entrance to the racetrack so horses clopped by in the morning - that was neat. Room was fine and bed was comfortable. Internet was good and tv worked well. Fridge was stocked with beer and wine and prices didn't seem too bad - we didn't have any because we didn't know how they would be paid for.
The bushes hanging over the parking lot and sidewalk leading to the rooms needed trimming! Constantly running into branches going in and out of room. They also give the place an unkempt appearance. A coffee maker in the room would have been nice instead of a kettle with instant coffee that you pay for.

Directly across the road from the horse track, my wife’s first time in Saratoga Springs. She loved watching the horses come down the street to the track.
A/C wall unit was a little small but adequate enough.

The Staff & management are exceptional , the place is very quiet , the bed are great and seeing the horses go training in the morning make you enjoy even more your morning coffee . I will come again :-)
the WI-FI , doesn't work good outside , in the parking or the terrasse, it probably just a small adjustment of the router!

It’s cute and the small bar was very nice with a very nice bartender.
The room is very small and the AC very loud. Keep in mind that this is a very small motel with no reception desk or lobby. And there is no coffee available in the morning!

comfortable beds, nicely decorated rooms, no contact check in- you get a text with your room number and code to enter, friendly staff
the bathroom was very small, not good for large or tall people.

The hotel is welcoming the moment you turn in the driveway. the quaint outdoor bar, gravel parking lot and smattering of birch trees made us feel at home. The rooms are bright, and spacious with decorating that marries elegant modern and rustic with an equestrian flair. The beds are comfy with a fabulous comforter and pillows. The location is fabulous with easy access (5 mins by car or Uber) to the downtown. Walking distance to the track and a miles to SPAC. The BH will be a frequent weekend getaway for me.

The room was very cozy and easy to check in. Didn’t have to wait. Felt old and vintage which I liked.
My only complaint was there was a pesky fly in the room. But could have been my doing.
