Perfect location with a lovely Bistro a short walk from hotel.

Location is perfect for going anywhere in Saratoga.

Booking.com could charge less of a commission on room rates.

It was horrible and way to expensive

It was in a good location for what we had planned

It was dirty and gross. I also got charged an extra $60 for housekeeping and some other tax which obviously the housekeepers are not doing a good job. The room also smelled really bad. Had to buy frebreeze. I do not recommend staying there.

Never will stay there again

Location was convenient.

Office was always closed. Especially on arrival. There was no restroom available after a long drive. Bathroom cabinet had missing doors and shower curtain (dirty I guess) was shoved inside with hair dryer cord not even neatly secured. Unused condiments were left in kitchen. There wasn’t a box of tissues. The pillow case on one pillow was about 12 inches too small. Horrible. Too many things to detail

Bad motor hotel. Very unclean room.

The shower had mold all over it. The bed cover had blood stains on it. The seats were stained and uncomfortable. Beds were soft and creaky. Over all very low quality rom. I feel like I got suckered from the listing.

Location suited us but amenities & cleanliness in the room should have been better

We were not aware of any breakfast. No one told us that there was or where it was. We like that it was in walking distance of many restaurants & downtown shopping. Location was central to why we were in the area.

The room has dust bunnies everywhere, in the corners, under the bed. Towels were not changed the 3rd day. Replenishment of coffee supplies was inconsistent. Maid left her dust rag on my bedside table.

Not up to expectations.

Liked very little about the accommodation, but it was reasonably clean. Also, the host was pleasant and helpful about Saratoga Springs.

Grossly overpriced. I'm aware racing activity pushed prices at all accommodations through the roof, but this facility was overpriced, even then. Given three occupants, not enough towels; beds uncomfortable. Very disappointing.

Vastly deteriated from previous stays; won't return

Furniture was dated. Shower had dark areas at base of some tiles (mold?) Matress was old, little support, and springs were squeaky. TV via ROKU. So difficult to operate I could not find or change broadcast channels even AFTER proprieter demonstrated how. I could not reproduce the correct sequence between two remotes to receive TV channels. Instructions on table were vague.

I loved how spacious it was. I loved the floors. I loved the frig table microwave wine glasses and cork screw. I loved the long bathroom counter with huge mirror.

Owner upgraded the room at no charge. Liked the king size bed and bedding. Comfortable and spacious room.

Do not recommend this place, unless maybe you plan to rent long term.

the location was great to performing arts center and quick walk to town

it was very expensive and when we arrived we realized quickly they rented rooms to long term stay people so the area / facilities outside seemed more of an apartment complex than a hotel/motel. it was a very hot 90 degree weekend and the pool broke the day before we arrived. the owner didn't ask me to come in and sign anything or give a credit card for incidentals which i thought was strange. we just had a 4 plus hour drive and when we arrived we were hoping to use a restroom so instead of letting us use one in the lobby which there wasn't a lobby, he had us use the room the house keeper was cleaning for us. Disgusting. But we had to go. When we got in the room had a bad odor. I can't explain it I just figured a long stay person checked out so we could stay there for two nights. the air conditioner was a loud wall unit. the mattresses were so flimsy when you leaned on them they slid right off the top of the box spring. i told him that afternoon we were checking out the next day and will find other accommodations, please refund me , he said he could since there was a concert but then i didn't get a refund. we stayed at the holiday inn next door which was 1/2 the price and had a pool and was clean and nicely air conditioned.
