Clean but hot

Very clean, family friendly

Ac didn't work that well. Would get up to 87 in the cabin. Would settle around 77. It was super hot this weekend

We were 7 plus a toddler everything was awesome except the beds were noisy and uncomfortable .I rather sleep on the matt that the kids slept on upstairs than the beds or couch.

Way to costly for one night with no beach view and crammed next to each other.

It had a heated pool for the kids and a laundromat.

Nice stay at Moody Beach!

We are a family of 4 with two kids under 5. Nice location close to the beach, and you get that campground feel. The Park Model is very nice, I kind of booked it on whim as there aren’t any pictures of inside posted. I hoped for the best and was pleasantly surprised! Campground also has a nice pool and playground.

I wish there were more pictures posted as this is a nice place to rent.

The cabin we stayed in was amazing. Clean and well taken care of. Plenty of room and the kids loved the loft. Staff was exceptionally friendly

Loved it!

First time goers here! We only stayed the weekend but I absolutely loved the property! It was beautiful, playgrounds were close, pool was very clean and a comfortable temperature. My rental cabin was perfect for my daughter and I. Everyone everywhere from the staff to your neighbors were just happy and kind, it was exactly the mini getaway that we needed and you can’t beat the price, I will 110% will be booking with them again soon!

There wasn’t much not like! My only issue was that our cabin was missing the screen door, which really wasn’t even that big of a deal at the end of the day because we are camping lol! More importantly though, the queen size mattress in the loft cabins could be looked over and re-treated for bedbugs. I usually check them over before putting my bedding on/sleeping in the bed and when I looked along the edges, I could visibly see the shells of past bugs. Again, I absolutely loved it there and we were camping so it wasn’t alarming enough to make a complaint or anything but just thinking along the lines of future visitors over the summer because bedbugs love the heat and also love to travel home with people. I will be back to stay regardless and I hope there is no offense taken to this comment, my intentions of it are good and I’m not bashing by any means! Thank you again to all the staff for a wonderful weekend for our first mother-daughter trip!

Great place to visit southern Maine beaches

Very nice cabin, in a place with many activities for the kids. Swimming pool was great and campfire with kids is always fun.

Queen bed was not very confortable and I missed some more outdoor equiment

Great option for vacationing while socially distancing

This is a great unit if you want to prepare your own meals. It was surprisingly spacious. Kids loved sleeping up in the loft area,

The hot water in the shower ran our pretty quickly. Definitely not enough for 4 people to make quick showers. The sleep sofa was not the most comfortable to sit on for long periods of time.

Great value for large family beach getaway!

The cabin was pretty spacious and clean! Kitchen was stocked with glasses, silverware, coffee pot, toaster. Loft area had 4 mattresses, which my children really liked. Sheets, blankets, towels and linens were provided for a fee. We were able to have a little campfire at night and location was easy access to everything!

My only critique was that I had to call several times (left 2 messages that were not returned), and also sent an email with my questions. I spoke with 2 people to make sure we had linens, but had to ask again upon arrival. Ray greeted us when we arrived and took care of everything quickly and was very kind and accommodating! Also no WiFi included, so service was choppy!
