Royal Atlantic

The location was perfect. The place was beautiful and right where we wanted to be.. right across from the beach, right by everything. The unit has much more than I expected. We brought towels, toilet paper, paper towels and we needed none of it. Very comfortable and beautifully decorated.

Can’t wait to visit again!

Great location. Spacious apartment for two; nice balcony. Melissa was very helpful and easily accessible with any question I had and made great suggestions for trails and restaurants! Plenty of extra pillows, blankets, towels, dishes, cable TV only which Melissa mentioned (but there are two smart TV and we were able to mirror Netflix from our cell phone). Two AC units that function as heating units as well in the winter.

Nothing to say that we didn’t like. Just be sure to bring toiletries such as soap and shampoo since it is a private apartment.

Excellent location! The apartment was easy to access, private parking lot, and a great location to the beach and main street. The owner had excellent communication and I felt very confident if any issue arose during our stay that I would be able to reach out to her and she would work to resolve it.

The walls are very thin and the apartment that shared a wall with us was blasting a movie late at night (their tv shared a wall with our headboard). We turned our AC unit up and the white noise drowned out the sound. This is less a complaint about the hotel and more about the inconsiderate neighbors. The hotel stay was lovely.

Our neighbor next door. he played music very loudly at 1 AM. and talked very loudly on his phone for a long time. The pool looked disgusting. we could of used clean towels for the next day.

We were hoping for a refund as it wasn’t as advertised. The private owner is nice but unfortunately only provided a $125

This is not part of Royal Atlantic. It is a privately owned unit which is very misleading. Staff at Royal Atlantic can’t help with anything because it is privately owned. The bed was uncomfortable and we couldn’t even stay in the apartment.

Great location for beach and Main Street of town, would not stay again due to cleanliness / service.

Using a door code was easy and convenient. However, I worry this door code is not switched in between guests. Hoping that's not the case! It was great that our host provided so many local recommendations.

We did not receive clean towels and were not able to receive from Royal Atlantic hotel because this is a Royal Atlantic apartment. 4 women for 3 nights 4 days, it would have been nice to have fresh towels swapped out. A few things were broken / dirty upon arrival which we photographed. Did not feel too happy with cleanliness and no room service for fresh towels or toilet paper.

Although it wasn’t directly on the beach but across the street I ended up preferring that as I felt we had a ton more privacy. It was the perfect size for 2 adults and 2 small children.

I still would have liked to have been told it wasn’t on the beach as the apartment is part of Royal Atlantic North and only the Royal Atlantic rooms are on the beach. Booking.com didn’t make this clear.

Malissa's customer service and a perfect room left me 100% satisfied with my trip.

This apartment was great. Size was perfect, very clean, great location, and I loved the complimentary breakfast. Malissa's customer service was par none and I look forward to booking with her again.

I have absolutely no complaints. My stay could not have been better.

Great weekend with friends. Spacious enough for 4. 2 seconds from the beach.

Location couldn’t be much better, and the room was spotless. Nicely appointed with a small stove, coffee maker, and some pots and pans for cooking. Our host, whom I’ll refer to as “M”, texted me a bunch of great insider Montauk tips, some of which we took her up on. Within walking distance to great restaurants.

I’d have loved if it was 10 degrees warmer, but there’s no accounting for the weather!
