Plenty of space! It was clean, had a full kitchen, and is in a very nice location in Edgartown. It was easy to walk to restaurants and shops while still being on a peaceful street. There are laundry facilities and a clean pool. Staff was friendly. We liked the decor.
Our shower did not have shampoo. I think they accidentally gave us two conditioners instead.
The unit was clearly recently renovated, but the updates seem rushed or not well done. For example: The bathroom counter height was too tall for the bowl-style sink. The shower faucet for the hot and cold water was switched. The blinds on the front door and window have gaps, so do not provide great privacy at night.
The walls are a little thin. We could hear the people above us walking around and we could hear an infant next door crying in the morning.
The room was too expensive for the quality, but there are not many other options around.

As described. Firm sofa, nice decor.
Queen bed VERY saggy but real issue was poor air quality which makes everything smell musty and both of us had unrelenting miserable coughing. We are wondering if mold is in crawlspace. Can’t open window as pollen and exhaust from super close street blows in. Was told we could have asked for air purifier (and how would we have known to do that) so if that is of good quality that will make a nice difference. It’s a close walk to town and bus station which is good just be careful on the actual block as there are no sidewalks.

The location was excellent! A nice place! Clean and a safe feeling. The pool was nice. Having the beach chairs and pools, late checkout and parking
I would say the interactions with one of front office staff, or the property manager on site. Because this was our first time coming to this location, we made two calls to ask questions or get more details and it just appeared that asking any questions to talk to a live human being, disrupted their day, it didn’t make you feel very welcoming and one day I went to the front office to ask about the towel process and how do you get new towels and where exactly do you place the laundry bag for the service to pick it up. Each time I asked questions I felt insulted and as if I was bothering her to ask clarifying questions so that I could understand the process of where to place trash or have towels picked up or just basic things. I needed to know. This was the only reason i asked I need a little more clarity. But, we were apprehensive about coming and staying at the property or even calling with questions especially when ( J) she kept referencing me to the website. However After we spoke that day she did apologize because my response was I recognize your voice meaning everyone else was accommodating over the phone or in person, For example Katie was welcoming and responsive. But with the initial interactions made me question where we were we going, especially when I called to get more information before arriving,
I think it’s important that you understand regardless of the information that is on the website there are times when guest will have questions and it’s OK to answer them pleasantly would be my suggestion. Especially, when you say it’s your firt time
Additional comments are flags there is also a light that is out on the path directly in front of the 21 unit. I pointed it out to the ground staff as well as housekeeping, but no one change the lights or checked on the fixture. It is extremely dark walking to the condo so we had to make every effort to keep the outside light on to light our path.

Excellent location...beautiful unit and well appointed. Great staff
Not happy to see why I had to pay almost 80% more than what the rate was while we were there. Has to be an algorithm used when looking/booking. Rate was almost half at the end of our first day after looking online the first night! Feel as though I was taken advantage of the 3 days we were there.
Why would the rate be so much less when it's closer to summer prime prices? It wouldn't. Not happy about that at all.
Unit had a heating issue in the living room but simple as moving the heat pump or huge entertainment center. Heat reflected off the top of the ent ctr back up to the thermostat, shutting it off.
Other issue was that the smart TV was sporadic in connection and we constantly lost connection while connection buffered. Unit needs a direct line.
All in all, Unit was beautiful but price really bothered me when I see others pay A LOT LESS for the same Unit in the same week. Something seriously wrong with that. But I was there for a family wedding and no choice after figuring it out.

The location was good.
The apartments needed to be aired out. The smell of mildew or dampness was nauseating the entire time.

Great location, just a few minutes walk to the main town of Edgartown. Room was big, clean and safe. Plenty of beach/pool towels are available at reception and the pool area was nice. Accommodations on Martha's Vineyard are expensive - this was priced just right!
Was missing the informational binder from our room, TV didn't work, no shampoo/conditioner available in the bathroom. Very, very noisy neighbors - could hear them coming & going all night, slamming door, checking the car alarm repeatedly. Obviously, this is not the hotel's fault. Also, not the hotel's fault, but the two local beaches that are walkable are both terrible, either drive to a nice beach or stay at the pool.

The location and was excellent. It was very walkable to town, but in a quiet location. We stayed in the 2 bedroom unit in the main building, which was very large, with large windows, very high ceilings, and comfortable beds and furniture.
There were no significant problems. The curtains were a little difficult to close and open and they could have had more silverware, but this had no impact on the quality of our stay.

One of the nicest properties in which I have stayed. The mini apartment was comfortable, clean and very well presented. Lovely grounds, great facilities, ample parking, and wonderfully close to Edgartown centre. I received a warm welcome and the staff were very friendly. I would recommend the Edgartown Commons highly.
Nothing to dislike.

The location was perfect! Close enough to downtown Edgartown to walk, and with enough parking to be able to park right out in front of our room every day. The staff was very friendly and courteous, and a woman from the front desk assisted us with connection issues with our TV on the first day. Overall a very positive experience!
Besides the TV connection issues, a fuse did blow in the kitchen and our fridge did give out. Nothing that hampered our stay in any way, but just did want to include

Good size apartment with all the necessary equipment for a holiday apartment. The kitchen has all the utensils required. The accommodation is about 10 minutes walk to the town centre.
The shower is not particularly strong. The AC is also very noisy.

Edgartown Common definitely met me expectations as far as comfort level. My kids really enjoyed the pool on site as well.

The staff was very friendly. The atmosphere was very chill, good for a vacation. The location met our needs. We had a great time. We visited many parts of the island. Our 3 yr old had many great things to do.
There is not much to say, the floor might need to mopped better. You have no control over this, but the traffic can be a little bother at some times, but we expected this. There might have been a few 'unknown' age group people who messed up other people's property. Bikes were toppled over, our child's sand bucket was broken (I'm not that upset about the bucket, they're a dime a dozen).

gorgeous grounds! perfect location to downtown shops and eateries!
The bedroom is air conditioned but the rest of the kitchen area with pull our couch was not.
