The unit was very clean and had all the extras that we could possibly need such as towels, washer and dryer, kitchen gadgets, beach supplies, board games, BBQ, plus more. The property grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The property was gated and felt safe. Plenty of space in the unit for our family of 2 adults and 2 children. So much more to explore nearby the unit that we didn't get a chance to. There is an ocean view trail with access right on the property.
Fees. There were too many extra additional fees that we had to pay after booking. These additional fees added up to $1200 extra! The booking charges an additional "resort fee", "cleaning fee" and "taxes fee" plus once you are checked in at the place there is an additional "resort fee" that you have to pay to the property manager that they said goes towards the association dues. This fee is for the use of the pool, gym & restaurant. We still had to pay the full price even though the "restaurant" had a limited menu with about 5 items on it (hot dog, pizza) because the chef was out sick.

This property is conveniently located close to the most beautiful beaches on the West Coast Big Island. You will want to purchase a club pass to unlock access to private amenities: gym, pool, bar, etc. The house was found sparkling clean and thoughtfully furnished. Dishwasher, laundry and BBQ grill are included, as well as beach ware: chairs, umbrella, towels, cooler bags and more. Michelle is helpful and responsible host. She did great job to make sure we have everything we need for comfortable stay.
We found it difficult to manage AC settings. It was running wild and freezing the house most of the time. Also be mindful when grilling outside as the smoke tends to sneak into the apartments and trigger a fire alarm =)
