I left after a few hours of arriving - I'll never go again.

Water stains on the ceiling, there was a huge crack in the shower. There was no locking door on the bathroom and the barn door was see through. I left after hours of arriving it was so bad.

See through barn door for bathroom that doesn't lock. No carpet. Felt like a psych ward.

We traveled to San Jose to see our Sharks play and the AC is in a perfect location.

I loved the room, and the fact that there was laminate flooring and not carpet. Everything was spotless and perfect for our stay.

The room safe didn’t work which was frustrating and the varying cost for breakfast was confusing.

Just for sleeping, not close to a comfortable experience

Good staff and clean space. Location was perfect for visiting family in downtown San Jose.

Sliding glass bathroom door, hospital bare room, small room for 2 king beds. 1 chair, long bench along wall, opposite beds. No desk or table

Perfect location and really enjoyed our stay.

Room cleanliness 10/10, bed was 8/10, shower was 6/10, space was 8/10, location was 10/10. The location was PERFECT! We attended an event at the SAP Center and were able to walk every where. The show let out at 11pm and the walk back the hotel was safe and a lot of people walking the same direction. Walked to get breakfast the next morning. Great food and convenient to just about everything. Only down side is, we are a little on the older side and it's a party location. Wasn't what we were looking for but the room was quiet and didn't bother us at all. If you are looking for a party scene, I would add +1 or +2 to this rating. I would stay here again for sure.

Didn't really have anything negative to say about our stay. We really enjoyed our trip. If I was getting REALLY knit picky, the shower doesn't have enough pressure but I have really high shower standards. Also the square toilet seat was kind of weird for me.

I would come back if I was going to an event at the SAP Center.

Room was modern. Liked the ironing board and blow dryer.

There was a pretzel under the chair. One of the lamps was flickering. The toilet wouldn't flush properly. The parking attendant was very rude.

Came for concert at SAP, appreciated the short distance and fell in love with the bed!

The bed and bedding was amazing. Best sleep in forever. Walking distance to SAP Center was super convenient.

Restaurant and kitchen were closed on a Friday night, which seemed weird and we had to order out.

Great location for SAP center events

The location is perfect if you are going to the SAP arena. The staff is friendly and helpful, on-site parking was easy. The room was large and clean.

I would have liked more hooks for towels in the bathroom. There was only 1, and 2 would be better when 2 people are in the room.

Clean, comfortable, roomy bathroom, very modern. Comfortable bed. Great location for seeing a Sharks game - within walking distance of SAP!

Small room, but good enough for sleeping. Pricey parking, pricey breakfast (didn’t bother to eat there.

Overall nice, newer hotel. Beds were horribly uncomfortable. Worst nights sleep in a long time.

Great stay!

The room we had was great! Located on the second floor, around the corner from the ice/water station and elevator, the room was large, spacious, with two king size beds, full size bathroom, and good view of the the city. Equipped with tea and coffee, ironing board, hair dryer and complementary waters and fridge, it was beyond our expectation. More importantly, it was clean, well maintained, and quiet. With three adults, who were busy with wedding preparations, the room was great! Wish we had more time to enjoy the facility and San Jose!

Nothing to dislike about the facility. The parking fee at $35/day is pretty steep.

Sliding Glassdoor to the toilet gave you no privacy. Rooms are a bit sterile. No decorations on walls. No where to hang towels in the bathroom

price was ridiculously jacked up… and I still had to pay another 35 for overnight parking! not worth it. I have stayed in more luxurious hotels in New York, London, Rome. for much less.

okay for convenience next to the SAP center.

visually it was very nice, we stayed on the second floor it was quite. It was within walking distance to SAP center. we didn’t need a Uber to the concert we attended.

the room we had the design of the shower with the open door concept looks nice but is not practical or comfortable. It was a cold shower, the water never got completely hot. the floor outside of the shower was bubbling. our room had no refrigerator or microwave,the coffeemaker placement on the shelf didn’t reach the plug and to move it would have needed to be in the bathroom which I didn’t like. The mattress on the bed was extremely firm and not comfortable. The pillows were nice. For as expensive as the room was for one night the comfort level could have been better. The floors needed to be swept up better there was hair on the bathroom floors. The security in the parking garage needs to be better we seen a man walking around checking gas tank caps and was picked up by another car shortly later after he noticed we were watching him. Over all would I stay again? depends on if the concert is at SAP and just for the convenience. I will say the staff was extremely nice and professional.

With the cost of the hotel after taxes it would be a perk to include parking as part of the package. $35/day adds up quickly.

Nice Place might or might not go back

The room was clean and nice Decor. Staff was very friendly. Remote checkin was fast and easy. Temp in the room was good. It felt like a Down Comforter on the bed. The shower was very good and the towels were soft.

There was no info in the room stating what was available and where the amenities were. The bed was very firm and this comes from someone who likes firm. In my opinion the rooms are overpriced. Parking is not free in the garage. As much as they charge for the room they should validate.
