Swimming pool hours were AWESOME!

The room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly. The pool closed at 12pm. The internet was fast. I will stay again.

My only complaint is that the refrigerator and some of the silverware wasn’t clean. Wasn’t a huge deal since I planned on washing before using anyway.

Besides the cleanliness of the room this was the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in.

We didn’t eat breakfast.

The only thing I didn’t like about our stay was the room wasn’t clean all the way. The garbage disposal had food in it and the room stunk from that. And there was a bra someone left behind and it was in the kitchen on one of the chairs. The staff needs to clean better and make sure they get everything. There was also a bag and toy that stuck out between the nightstand and the bed

Not the Cleanest

The front desk service rep was always curteous. The rooms are spacious and there's ample room to cook a meal if needed. Everything you need to cook is provided. The appliances are full size with the exception of the stove, but it's a very nice kitchen area.

Before even stepping in the room we seen crumbs all over the floor in the hallway leading up to our door. The time we arrived was about 6pm, so vacuuming should've been completed by then. When we entered the room, you can see it hasn't been wiped down or dusted in weeks. Also, the seats in the kitchen were littered with old food from previous guests on the cracks. Thankfully, I remembered my Lysol. Entering the bathroom. One of the housekeepers left a bottle of blue liquid (probably Windex). Also the room We got only had a shower with only a part of it covered with glass leading me to believe that this was a wheelchair accessible room which we didn't ask for. The bed was also too hard. Also throughout the night the was a knocking that went through the pipes. I pinpointed the sound to the fridge.

Very good

You put a one bedroom suite picture on a studio suite selection which I selected. The staff corrected me at checked in but was kind enough to upgrade it. I felt embarrassed. Kitchen is very good and with island counter. Good view out of the windows, bright!

T.V. Position in the room - difficult/impossible to watch while eating at the kitchen Counter. It is not comfortable to watch while sitting on sofa, too high and it’s far off-road the right from the sofa. No plowing done in the morning/the whole day after snowfall, icy, wet in the parking lot and must be extra careful when walking to and from the car.
