Overall not bad stay.

Nice big room, big refrigerator, very nice bathroom. Good location, very nice property. Very convenient parking.

The pool was closed. Air conditioner was very noise and did not provide comfortable temperature . No nightstands. No breakfast, no kitchenette.

. Everyone was really nice and housekeeping brought more towels, we had to stay a second day.The garden in the back was very beautiful.

The air conditioner could not keep up. It was hotter than hell during the daytime. Even with the air on and a fan.(It got so hot I had to go buy a fan). The ac unit is located in the wrong spot to keep the room cool. The garden in the back was beautiful but needs more maintenance.The grounds are not well kept at all.

We rented in this motel to go to the mineral water park that is very close to there. Well, this motel exceeded our expectations in a general sense. pool and hot tub very clean. clean rooms and equipped with what is necessary and with comfort. the staff that attends is courteous, we will return. Thank you.

The cleanliness was awful, walked in and there was a dead cockroach by the door, then in the middle of the night I walked to the bathroom and in the dark stepped on a cockroach as well, it was terrifying and awful and I have trauma now :(

For an old motel, it was clean and the staff was friendly and willing to help out. The location was really convenient for visiting the Warm Mineral Springs park, it was literally right up the street. Walking distance for the most part. I did not witness any bugs or rodents.

Again, the motel is old. I think it could be quite a gem if someone came in and invested money in it because it could be considered historic. For the per night price, I don't believe it was a good value. At $150 a night, it is in the moderate category but in my opinion, it's a bit too high. Sadly, the place is in disarray, but they are keeping the things that are important up to par. The pool was clear, the room was clean but the sliding glass door had a big crack in it. The toilet was positioned very close to the wall and the shower was small (as was the bathroom). The courtyard landscaping was in dire need of care and there was a lot of exposed wiring and piping from what I imagine were attempts to modernize the site. Sadly it's is a place of crumbling nostalgia but if you want a clean place for a night or two and are visiting the Warm Springs, I would not steer you away.

We needed a place to stay in Venice for 2 nights. The room worked for that.

Large room. Full size refrigerator. The area around the pool looked nice but we didn't use it. The cleaning staff and maintenance were friendly.

The price is high for the type room. The finish around the shower was not complete.

Fair price

Close to family's home. Full-size refrigerator, so we were able to keep a whole case of water cold. The room was spacious, although the bathroom was a little cramped. Next time I will request a handicap access room. I did like the fact that it was a shower only, and no tub to navigate. We were able to park our van directly in front of our room. Each room also has a full wall of windows/sliding glass doors looking out onto a patio (which opens onto a courtyard) with a table and 2 chairs. There is also a grill on each patio.

No hot water (shower only lukewarm), and room phone did not work (thank goodness for my cellphone). Wifi password, as given by front desk did not work, but since I have unlimited data, that wasn't a major problem. If we had stayed longer, I would have questioned these problems, but we were there only to lend support for a family member during a medical procedure, so we didn't spend a lot of time in the room itself.

Disappointing

It's a very old run down property, no update from ever, not even a fresh coat of paint. Everything is dirty, garbage feft on the bathroom floor from previous stay. Linens are yellow instead of white, very disappointing.
