Lovely beach bungalows.

Great restaurant on site. Cabins very nice and private, included hammock and little table outside on porch. Some with sea view. Quick walk to beach right out front. Beach is long and flat, great for walking. Surf wasn't great while we were there - close out beach break. Access to outdoor kitchen area with free drinking water and fridge available. Small pool close by.

Hot - little airflow in the cabin and very steamy. Mosquitos pretty insistent.

the location, the amenities, the staff.

the only bad thing was that the protection against mosquitos was broken so we left bitten by a lot by mosquitos. During the night this keept us up and did not help us chill and relax. The windows have no glasses, just some protection against mosquitos so it was cold during the night.

All in all nice. Staff was average friendly. Good location.

Right on the water, could heat the waves from the room. There is a comunal space / refrigerator for cooking or keeping food. Nice pool!

The room was veery small. No place to put a surfboard even...

We simply left, as it was not acceptable. Never nerver ever again!!!!!

It was simply a disaster. I have never ever met such unfriendly and uninspired people.

Everything. We left one night before . even though we had paid before. Even though upon leaving there was not a simple question why we did not like it. ABSOLUTELY not recommendable!!!! Do never ever go there!!

I’m glad I read the reviews before booking my stay because it did not disappoint. if you’re looking to ground yourself with nature surrounded by raw elements of the environment, than here’s the place you want to stay whilst visiting Ayampe!

The attention was nice. We also enjoyed the sound of the waves and the location of the cabin.

Too many mosquitoes.

Great relaxing stay

This is the place to stay in Ayampe... great location, right on the beach, comfortable cabanas, friends staff...all round fantastic stay. Don't go with expectations of luxury and you will be so pleased, it is simple and perfect!

Facilities, location and staff were excellent.

It rained while we were there and the roads in Ayampe are not paved. There was mud everywhere.

Very good

The staff and location were awesome and super friendly. They have a shared kitchen, but also a restaurant where food is great.The Wifi connection is good, we didn’t have a strong connection inside the bungalow but it was fine outside.

The only downside I found is that all our beds felt wet and the bungalow felt humid, I understand it is due to the weather( we stayed in the rainy and cold season), and also because the windows just have a net.

Relaxing, amazing, wonderful!!

Super cute, rustic cabin. Staff was amazing and the location was the best!! Not used to not having coffee available at all times but that was fine. Would have liked a more comfortable bed but oh well...

You have to request clean towels. Again not a big deal just different from the states. Also can’t drink the tap water there but that’s all of Ecuador
