I came in for a medical procedure and the staff at the hotel were kind and compassionate.

Great Place to Stay!

Staff was fantastic and responsive! Full breakfast was great! Facility was well maintained and the swimming pool was indoor, which also had a handicap ramp built into the pool. Rooms were clean and well appointed; easy to get to. Well lit parking and walking distance to fantastic places to dine. Pet friendly! We will return.

The thing we didn't like was that the guests did not clean up after their pets. The facility provided doggie bags, treats, and area for pet usage but the pet owners were not very responsible. The staff tried to keep up with their irresponsible guests. With this said, we are grateful for a place that allows pets.

Other than the bathroom issue, it was good.

Consistency between each Home2 we’ve stayed in.

Bathroom was not thoroughly clean. We had a 14 hour drive in the car on our way to AZ and I wanted to take a shower right away and there was hair in the shower and it wasn’t mine! Yuck

The hotel came with excellent reviews on Booking, but based on our experience it was overrated.

The mattresses were comfortable.

There wasn't hand soap in the bathroom. I had to wash my hands either with the shower gel or the dish detergent left on the kitchen sink. The couch was stained and not pleasantly looking. I understand it's difficult to clean the fabric but perhaps use a throw for decorative purposes, so guests are not disgusted by the look of it. Our room was close to the elevator, and at 3 am I was awake by a drunk party, making noise in the hallway. There was no one to remind them that there are other guests in the hotel, who might want to enjoy their sleep.

Very disappointing

Convenient in location

At check in was charged for small, hypoallergenic dog. There was nothing online that indicated there would be a charge. In fact I searched for pet friendly and this hotel came up. I was charged an exorbitant amount for my pet. I could have stayed in one of the nicest hotels in OKC for the same amount of money.

No maid service, nowhere to put trash. I ended up taking it to the stairwell--and it stayed there the entire week.

Don't stay at the Quail Springs Location

The location was 20 minutes from anything and everything that we needed or wanted to do

When we travel we always use homes 2 suites even if it's out of or way but we will not be using the quail springs location ever again the guy that was running the front desk was not very friendly and was very annoying (he'd follow us around the lobby but wouldn't say anything to us and had an attitude) our room was dirty as soon as we moved the ottoman to pull out the couch bed there was cheese itz crunched up under it (we didn't even bring cheese itz) the bed was poorly made which only made us wonder if the bedding had even been cleaned, the floor was sticky and the blinds were tore up

Bad

After 15 hours of driving, we were greeted with an hour run-around with the front desk. Their chip reader was not working (we tried 4 different cards) & they would not check us in. Finally a supervisor was called after numerous requests by us.
