Worn down, dirty, feels unsafe.

The staff was friendly, that was really all I could say. They did the most with what they had.

I had a standard room and when I got there my heart sank. It was on the back of the motel section meaning I felt pretty exposed, the room was very worn, the sheets wrinkled beyond belief and sounds could be heard from adjoining rooms. It felt like a room that might be rented by the hour. I ended up turning around and going back to the reception to pay for an upgrade to the premium room. That was also a bit worn down but felt safer but the bathroom was definitely not cleaned properly. There were bits of lettuce on the floor and dirty shelves. In the morning I was awoken to a strong pot smell coming from the hallway. On top of that, the pool which was part of why I picked the property was closed, probably permanently.

Bad area, feels extremely unsafe. security guards at the gate of the driveway, hotel bar is full of local people. There was a car parked outside our room that looked like it had been there for a long time with the amount of dust on it, the car looked like it was stolen the whole front half of it was damaged. The person next to our room looked out of the window to see who we were, they came out of their room and were on the phone yelling and saying how he couldn’t wait to get on the drugs again. We instantly checked out of the accommodation after being there for less 10mins due to feeling extremely unsafe, still waiting for our deposit that was taken for any damages to the room and refund on the room. It has nearly been a month now. Do not book here.

Good, safe stay. Will use this hotel again.

I liked having a security guard at the gate-made me feel safer in an area of Oakland that isn’t considered safe.

The staff were very friendly. The accommodations in the tower room was nice, and it was very reasonably priced. We ate at the attached restaurant which was fine.

Top Lage für eine Übernachtung in der Nähe des Flughafens Oakland. Wir haben nur dort geschlafen, dafür war das Zimmer gut. Gut war auch, dass der Parkplatz bewacht ist. Personal sehr freundlich, sodass wir nicht nur unser Gepäck schon vor dem eigentlichen Check-In abstellen konnten, sondern sogar ins Zimmer einchecken konnten.

Das Hotel ist auf jeden Fall in die Jahre gekommen.

The room was great but we didn't realize how dangerous this airport neighborhood was.

The room was nice and clean. The housekeeper cleaned and tidied above expectation

The location of this property was in a dangerous area. Some guy blasted his car stereo at 6am in front of our room.

Extremely thin walls and dark interiors.

The room was clean and beds were comfortable.

The bathroom didn’t have a fan and smelt bad. The walls were paper thin so you could hear your neighbors conversations very clearly. The remodel was done very poorly and they just painted over issues instead of actually fixing them. The door had a very strong gust of wind coming into the room and was not a tight seal so it felt unsafe. Rooms were dark and needed to have blinds open for proper light. Was more of a 2 star hotel.

Very near the facility I was going to. Easy access from freeway.

The area around hotel very sketchy. I missed the entrance to hotel and had to circle around the block very eye opening. I would definitely not walk around out side of hotel.

Very wonderful and will be back but I want to swim at night

The price was very high (it’s not really bad or anything but you don’t take debit card or cash) but it’s ok it’s not a big deal and I would like my deposit money back quicker next time but you are a very good hotel

but I enjoyed my self very much and appreciate the woman at the front desk she was very very wonderful… and the bed was comfortable
