Fit for purpose- at a reasonable rate

fully functional amenities incl. laundromat on premises. I opted for full room with all kitchen fittings/appliances reasonably good location - although somewhat near some less desirable/lesser developed areas

staff need training- they are functionally polite but not prepared to go the extra mile 3-day room service policy is fine but felt I was being interrogated when I asked to have room cleaned some of the dishes were not all that clean

Beautiful location great staff but will not stay there if i have an early wake up.

Great location

The clubs around them play music until late into the night. We had to be up by 6 for a full day in the heat and didn’t get adequate rest because of the music.

Overall, my stay was wonderful!

I really enjoyed my stay this past weekend! It was in a great location and the facility was clean and very nice! The only thing that I would highly recommend is that you have bottled water available for guest, at least two free bottles in the room every day. Austin is way too hot to not have clean water for hotel guest.

Very good standard

The hotel is located at the downtown, just a few minutes from the 6th street which is the Main Street in Austin for restaurants and night life. Great breakfast with salty options which is not always seen especially in US.

The hotel does not have a free parking on site. They have a valet parking which costs 45$ a night. If you do not park your car for the whole day it is much cheaper to leave the car at the front of hotel at the public parking. However, you need to go there every few hours to prolong your ticket which is not very comfortable.

The location is convenient, the staff were amazing & the spaciousness of the room was great!

The staff were all so nice and friendly. Warm, welcoming & super helpful. I like that breakfast is included & the location is great.

The room wasn’t as clean as I would’ve liked but it wasn’t too bad. The breakfast was ok but not enough options for vegan or gluten free diets - Including the milk for tea/coffee, need other options.

Staff disgruntled, hotel not clean, room subpar.

Location was close to downtown spots.

The room was dark and dreary. The staff seemed put out by appropriate requests to a hotel charging $250 a night plus taxes and fees. If I had known we would be paying $850 for three nights in a room whose two windows faced a wall, I would not have stayed here. We were there for three days, and our room was serviced only once (trash removal and towel delivery). We otherwise had to call to request clean towels. The laundry room was dirty, and the washing machine smelled like mildew. The valet parking was $45 a day, and the valet staff seemed annoyed when we were parking or picking up our car. Prior to this, we stayed at a much better hotel in the Mueller neighborhood with high-end and friendly service (including the parking valets) a great view from our room, beautifully appointed public spaces and rooms and close to great restaurants and a beautiful park for the same price as the disappointing Hyatt House. I thought the experience of being downtown would be a plus, but it was not worth it.

Good hotel overall.

Modern hotel room, very nice and welcoming staff, good placement.

Very loud AC, the hotel is central but located near a homeless shelter, meaning lots of hobos at all times of the day. Be aware if you travel with family/SO. Below average breakfast.

Comfortable , mid level Hotel, dont walk at night!

It was quiet and the suite was spacious

Cleaning was provided on a cery sporadic basis , we were there for a week and the suite was never vacuumed. The location was “ spotty” it was not the sort of area that encouraged walking after dark. Austin has a burgeoning “ homeless” problem and the hotel area is evidence of that problem

False advertisement, room said it would have a sofa bed and would sleep 6! NO sofa bed, we were 5 adults, so I slept on the floor!

Hotel on the Hill

The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable and it was located near sixth street which is a plus. The breakfast was also very good.

We had to pay $45 a day for valet parking, and one of the valets was very rude. We could also hear the music blaring until wee hours of the morning from the nearby clubs.

Perfect if you’re not looking to spend any time at the hotel and want access to the city life

It’s centrally located to north/south of Austin with quick access to I-35. Lots of food options and nightlife within walking distance or a just a couple minutes by car.

Not family friendly and the bar next door is very loud after hours.

Upgrade auf Apartment, großes Bett, viel Platz, schönes Bad, nah zum Capitol und 6th Street

Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht komplett ausschalten, daher war es nachts recht laut. Frühstück war ok aber leider nur bis 9:30 Uhr

Comfortability with a great view

Delicious breakfast with variety of options. The area is nice and close to everything, and the view from our room was beautiful. The room is set up with everything needed for a comfortable stay, probably even good enough for longer stay.

It can be a little dangerous to walk around the area, got to stay alert. The dishwasher smelled a little musky right when you enter the room.

On the average, a great value with friendly staff.

Breakfast was more than I expected. The dining area was clean and bright, the staff was friendly, and we received a serious bargain with this stay.

Heard noise from next door and above sometimes. The gas fireplace was not operational.

Dated rooms but can be good value for money

Breakfast was good, including some fresh fruits. The bed was comfy, and the size of the room was decent. Friendly staff. Central location but see below.

Dated facilities. The A/C unit was super loud. In the shower, you have standing water because it's poorly built. While it is centrally located, the surrounding area is not as nice as you'd think, as there is a shelter and a lot of homeless people nearby.

Our stay here was so enjoyable that it made it our best trip to Austin.

Room was spacious and well designed. It had a nice workspace as well as a sitting room. The staff were amazing - attentive, kind and helpful.

Excellent hotel. Would recommend.

This property has fantastic staff who assisted our every need. Valet was readily available on arrival and then we were greeted at the desk by Eligh who continued through our 3 day stay to be extremely friendly and helpful advising us on where to eat and drink and look around each time we asked. The studio was very clean and serviced every other day. The pool area was nice and the gym provided a decent workout. The daily breakfast provided was quite basic but perfectly edible and started the day with us haven eaten something rather than not. The location of this property is great for The Capitol Building and just a few blocks from Sixth Street.

There is no denying the area around the hotel is not the best, but this is not the hotel’s fault or anything they are doing wrong but sadly does form part of the review.

Everything. Excellent location, incredible staff and lovely breakfast Eliah on reception literally made our trip. He was so helpful and friendly and gave us tips about Austin. Fantastic
