Will try some place else next time.

My husband found the faucet unit in the bathroom loose and not properly attached. The furniture was not comfortable, sofa wasn’t supportive, the bed was lumpy. The room we were in faced how’s 30 and though the room was fairly sound proof the sounds from the hwy could be hear throughout the night.

We stayed at Element Santa Clara Ca and you should find out what they use for beds. Most comfortable next to our own bed at home. Each room should be throughly inspected so everything is in working order. The door to our bathroom was one of those barn door closure and it went off the track.

we stayed in room 230, which I think may have been a handicapped room because there were handrails all around bathroom and the shower head was on a vertical bar, offering a flexible height from about 3 ft to 5 ft, unfortunately, I’m over 6 ft.

AMAZING! Can't wait to come back and explore more around the area. It was perfectly located!

Didn't eat breakfast but grabbed some coffee and it looked really good! The only food I ordered was from a restaurant close by and it was delivered to the front desk with no problems.

Maybe added a nightlight in the bathroom because it was so dark. Everything else was great and the room was very big and the furniture and bed was very comfortable.

Very nice room, located very well. Attentive staff and well-appointed suite. Would stay there again.

Lovely room. They seemed to think of everything (microwave, coffee maker, USB ports EVERYWHERE. Comfy sofa was great for relaxing, complete with ottoman. Front desk staff was very attentive.

The view of the back parking lot and freeway was way less than nice. And the freeway noise was horrid. Tried leaving the fan on all night to drown out the noise but it shut off as soon as we went to sleep. The desk chair was not comfortable for working.

Ask to see your room first

Very comfortable bed.

We were given a disabled room, asked for a change, given another disabled room. We wanted a walk in shower. No coffee table in either room?? The shower, designed for a disabled person hits a standing individual right in the face as the showerhead is on a bar. The basin sticks out so far, it is impossible to do make up close up. We did ask management about this, but to no avail.

Overall nice stay

The king suit was very spacious the bed was comfy and the floor I was on was fairly quiet. I would recommend.

The hot water was not very hot it's okay but when you want HOT you want hotttt... also the drain for the water went down very slow but tub served it's purpose for the 1 night I stayed. Bath tub itself could also use some updating.
