We ended up leaving because the room was infested with roaches

The property looked new, and was very clean and comfortable.

The room and the property was clean, and looked new.

Breakfast wasn’t included here unlike other Extended Stay Americas Suite we stayed at. Also didn’t see a 2 bedroom suite option here. There wasn’t much space in the room with 2 queen beds, and a small kitchen.

Disappointing

I arrived at 430 and called and was told it was approved and okay to arrive at that time and the business would accommodate as far as check out which was not accepted by day staff and they were very unpleasant and rude during check out.

There was spiders hanging from the ceilings and there were 2 dead fly’s on the floor when we walked in. Also there was mold along the baseboards of the room and bathroom. Not the cleanest whatsoever.

It was low on our expectations.

There was no breakfast. There were no tissues in the room. Vending machines offered no pricing. There was no one at the desk at 9 am when we ckd out. No receipt given.

Book somewhere else that costs a little more, you’ll save yourself the headache.

There’s nothing for guests here. 3 vending machines, 1 doesn’t even work. There’s no coffee anywhere in this hotel. Not even a coffee pot in the room. We had to ask for shampoo cause they didn’t give it to us. By the time you book here, buy food, buy coffee every morning at a nearby restaurant, your best booking somewhere that offers AT LEAST a continental breakfast or even a damn coffee pot in the room. Staff? Lol. They’re never at the front desk. There’s always a sign that says “We’ll be back” but you have to end up calling them from their room with a phone in the lobby.

Don’t stay here, other guests made my stay horrendous. Worse night sleep I’ve ever had due to very thin walls and floors. Cleanliness of the room was gross, I had to clean and disinfect myself to even feel slightly comfortable. Think twice about staying here if you are just passing through!

The room was was great for what we needed.. could of used a few a few personal touches.

We were staying in town for a hockey tournament.. was happy how close it was to the rink and restaurants.. also happy to have a full fridge,stove and microwave. The hotel did not have the accommodations I had booked on line, and graciously gave us an additional room to accommodate us..Thank you...

First I did not like front desk staff not avail, also rooms could use a coffee pot, coffee and tea or somewhere in lobby to get..A continental breakfast would have been a nice touch. Rooms should provide complimentary shampoo, condtioner and shower gel. Gave only a 7 for those reasons..

The manager wanted to argue with me because I told her how I felt about her double booking the room I was in a man entered my room the staff booked for him

It is nice but would recommend improving the smells (if that’s possible). Wonderful staff!!

Front desk was extremely welcoming and friendly. She was a great conversationalist.

Smelled like cigarette smoke in the non-smoking room, smelled like weed in the elevator, and our room wasn’t exactly clean.

Bed was comfortable. Staff was great and hardworking

I wanted to extend my stay. Booking.com never responded back to me. Office clerk wasn't able to help me. I won't be using booking.com again. You could hear everything in the rooms next to me. It was loud but overall I was tired enough I fell asleep

Never again.

The room was very basic, like no coffee maker, the bathroom door stuck to the floor when you tried to open it, its too close to the floor. Will never stay in one again. When we arrived our room wasnt ready, and the place was empty. I understand the world is short staffed, but when check in is at three, it should be ready.

impressions are everything. walking to room, walls damaged in some way shape or form. same in the bed room… odd smells everywhere including the bedroom. shower dirty, vents in room filthy with dust. I would not recommend unfortunately. my 233 dollars could have had me stay in Pittsburgh with a better hotel experience.

Staff was decent.

Pillows smelled. Fire alarm went off and no one did anything. And the front desk should not close but it did.

Good quiet location, inexpensive, full kitchen, free parking, stay marred by persistent room smell.

I liked having a full kitchen in the unit (full size fridge/freezer, full size microwave, full size dishwasher, 1 tub sink with flexible faucet, two burner stove, dishes/silverware/frypan on request, good size TV with DishTV service (49 channels), comfortable bed, large no-step walk in shower, free parking, close to shopping/restaurants, quiet location.

The one thing that resulted in the low grade for this facility was that my room smelled "dirty". I believe the chain has a policy of cleaning the rooms once every couple weeks (and I image between stays). The smell reminded me of a dirty mop smell. Every time I entered the room, I'd open the window to air the place out. That didn't get rid of the smell, but rather I would stopping smelling it after a few minutes in the room. While the facility allows pets, this did not seem to be a pet odor. Would have liked grab bars for entering/existing shower.

Nothing....

Had to call to get desk attendant at 10:00 pm to get key. Old bar of soap in bathroom shower. Floor was dirty. Dirty dishes in dishwasher. No glasses or utensils in room. No dish towel.
