I would just say this hotel was…okay. My friend and I stayed for 3 nights and not once did housekeeping come. The elevator is very, very slow. We stayed on the third floor and it smelled weirdly of quesadillas/old food. Our room was clean though. It was just an okay stay.

Checkin lady not informative or friendly.Got in room, supposed to be queen room, was a double.Clothes still in a drawer from previous person. Popcorn on floor at bed - we didnt have popcorn.There was 1 washcloth for 4 of us. No daily housekeeping/fresh towels. 2nd night went and asked for 4 towels/cloths, and was given 2. Desk person said he could only give us 2 because people destroy stuff- we all just wanted a bath!! Elevator was very slow and only 1 of the 2 worked. Location was good, close to many eating and variety of shopping places. Nice full size refrigerator. Had microwave and a small hot plate but no utensils or cookware/plates in room. I guess you had to go to desk to ask for that stuff. We didnt need it so was not a big deal.

Hotel sold our room. Was left with no room. We hanks to hotels.com they found us a replacement. We had this reservation for a month and when we arrive we are told they was no more rooms and that they gave ours away.

I booked 3 rooms. They were spacious and the beds were comfortable. Each room was equipped with a fridge and microwave (a little kitchenette). Each room came with 2 beds and a pullout sofa bed. However, the floors were dirty (dusty, multiple strands of hair on the floors of the rooms, the hallways had debris all over them, the elevator was not clean - walls nor floors). Housekeeping were folding blankets and sheets in the lobby. The sheets were touching the floors as they were being folded. People were coming in from outside to help fold the sheets. I couldn’t distinguish the employees from the guests. I asked front desk for two sets for the sofa bed. She said she would get them for me. I got my family settled in and went back down to get the sheets and they thrown on top of the counters (where guests sit to converse and etc)…very unsanitary!! On top of all that…the power went out. We were without electricity for over 6 hours. Luckily, it was our last day there…so we just packed up early (IN THE DARK!!!) and left before checkout time! I’m hopeful that other locations are not as bad as the Cranberry Township location. At least, I’d like to think that.

This hotel was a weird mix of old shower, dim light in bathroom, and new-ish stone tops and flooring, but then furniture with scuffs and repairs. The doors are paper thin and you can hear talking in hall and dogs barking, but the rooms were otherwise nice and quiet. There was an awesome full sized fridge, but no pots, pans, utensils, cups, coffee maker in the room, although there was a sign saying you can basically check them out - I saw a bin of these things outside another room. The room smelled fine and the bed was comfortable enough. The lobby was odd in that there were always piles of clean towels on the bar.

I had booked a King Size bed and got a Double and was told they had no more rooms and I could take it or leave it. The room smelt of Smoke even though it was a non Smoking room. A patron was throwing up all over the place beside the Elevators on our way up to our room.

Room was comfy but there were towels in the room except for wash cloths and hand towels not was it offered to us by the front desk. Some of the drawers weren’t in great working condition as if there were going to fall out and all the drawers were pulled open when we arrived in the room.

Itvwas just for an overnight bc of painting of my home and so i reported the kitchen sink didnt work at all and was very lose just sitting loosely?! He came bright and early in the morning and fixed it. It was a little dirty in the bathroom shower as the floor was gritty?! I cleaned it up

I travel a lot and this hotel is bad. It smells throughout the hotel. The room smelled musty and like smoke. I asked for the sheets and towels to be changed and for extra towels and the service never happened. I asked for the basics kitchen ware to be brought to the room and it was never brought. This hotel is not one I would recommend.

The room had a bad smell in it. It kind of smelled like weed was smoked in the room before us. The air conditioning didn't work properly so we had to wake up through out the night to either switch it off or switch it on.

We arrived at 11pm just to get some sleep for a few hours on our way home. Staff was welcoming and helpful. It was late so the grounds appeared a little questionable but possibly due to being tucked further back. Breakfast is just some snacks, but that was fine because we just needed to sleep. Room was clean but we did have difficulty opening and closing the door due to it getting stuck every time, which the desk clerk had to initially help us get in. Overall good for an overnight stay.

I used to use this place when it was a Hyatt. They remodeled to remove the really nice hot breakfast. They changed the rooms to allow for small fridges and a small electric cooktop. The problem with those changes is that they didn't provide anyone with pans, cups, plates or silverware to use these things. Also, there was a bit of a funky smell throughout. Also there were large families that had a grill out back and were partying until 4am. Honestly, I love the pool, but otherwise would probably not use this place again. At least they only clean the rooms once a week with this new management, right?

only one set of towels in the room had to go downstairs to fetch as clerk said short staffed housekeeping staff downstairs - questioned me having only one set; I assured her there was only one set in the room. need recycle baskets in the rooms need coffeemaker with coffee in the kitchenette

VERY limited breakfast; pre-packaged hard boiled eggs, granola bars, oatmeal, coffee, yogurt. Literally that's it. Only one operational elevator which was very slow; average wait time 3-5 minutes. Staff was never at front desk. Ran out of towels/soap after first night with no room service. We ended up taking pool towels to use in room. Rooms/pool area were visibly unkempt; dirt/hair on floor, dirty shower curtain. Surrounding area seemed a little sketchy and not very safe. Rooms were very warm and with AC on, only able to get cooled to 72 F. Pool floor was rocky and all the little pebbles were coming up and very uncomfortable to walk on.

This place has gone downhill greatly since switching from a Hyatt to extended stay. Many things are broken and they still use the room. We had a non functioning toilet, had to use the lobby bathroom for a day before being moved. Staff wise some were very nice others not so much.

This property felt unsafe to me. There were people hanging out drinking, smoking, and playing music in the parking lot all night. My toilet overflowed. I was moved to room that was supposedly cleaned. There were ashes and whiskers remaining in the sink. The breakfast was sludge, coffee, and a lot of hard boiled eggs. I would absolutely not recommend staying at this property.
