The location and price worked for me. The shuttle service was very gracious.
Old doesn't need to mean dirty. The maintenance has been deferred for a long time. I understand it fits the cost/value, but it is helpful to know what you are getting.

I was okay . A little Noisy due to it being on the Main Street.
It was located on a busy Main Street

There is no plug for the cable box. Therefore no TV I mentioned to the desk twice and they told me somebody was coming up to fix it. They never did. So room 211 still as no working tv. If you want a front row seat to watch your local homeless people do their drugs shoot up their heroin smoke their crack they set on it’s electrical box just right there on the property at the back so if that’s what you’re looking for that’s the place to go. Solution if I was management, I would have a fence all the way around the parking lot. That way all the homeless are not scoping out what they can take from your ride. knowing that you’re probably not gonna get a very good nights sleep at least I didn’t cause every time I got to thinking or I heard somebody yelling outside. I jump up and look out the window. Make sure they not messing up my ride. I would not say this is hotels fault It would be the cops and the city The police will drive by and I know they see them guys will sit right there with there Drugs in the open and the cops Don’t do nothing about it. I only stayed one night and I can point out the pushers it only took me 15 min to spot the fist dealer!

Front desk attendants were all friendly & helpful. They gave good information about the city
Street noise from outside the window, TV accessories hanging by their cords below the TV, noise in the common space outside our entrance door

Bad part of town

The price and the location weren't bad, room had it's own heat and AC, plus they had a free shuttle to the airport
Very noisy, room was right next to the major thoroughfare highway. Bed was really hard. Huge drug and homeless issues around there, watched drug deals happen in the back parkinglot.

At the reception no calling bell and staff no available for contact.

The airport shuttle
Cleanliness was non existent. People arguing in the hallways late at night. Could hear the people in the next room easily. It was a very uncomfortable stay.

Nothing..
Bad location..."wrong part of town." Definitely do not bring children here. Very poor location. Room smelled of feces. No where near suitable for anyone. They cleaned sheets, and made an attempt to clean the room, but it's so far gone, the place needs to be torn down.

nothing!
I watched three direct deals go down. The room was disgusting. The mattress had stains. I did not feel safe in the area. I checked out and did not stay in the room. I ate the cost of the room and went to a different hotel on arrival to the new hotel went straight to the shower.

Window was broken and wouldn’t shut but they were able to fix, were lots of homeless loitering, facility was dirty.

Big room and comfy bed, really nice staff and a lovely landlady

There was no heat in the room so it was a cold night. Not much food choice for breakfast.

Did not stay here. Arrived and my room had been given away because my old card account was on file. If the hotel had waited and allowed me to pay when I arrived, there would not have been an issue. I believe my booking said pay when arrive.
This may have been a blessing. First of all, no one was at the desk. Someone had to go get the person who worked there from her room. This is a very shady place. Frankly nasty. I only had 6 hours to sleep due to my schedule. I ended up at the Extended Stay around the corner and booked through Hotels.com.

They left me alone to be me
I don't actually mind crackheads, but I don't want them lingering in the halls, making it hard to get past or anyone staring at me as I go down the stairs...

The bed was comfortable.
The TV was working and the lights weren't comfortable.

Nothing
Very dirty, unsanitary surface areas. Burnt and stained sheets. Light switch didn’t work, no heat, window wide open and fan blowing upon arrival. Mini fridge was filthy. Switched hotels when I seen my room.

I liked the manager and hiw nice she was.
Place was loud. Didn't get any sleep all night. Infested with bed bugs. Shower was too small. They kept their front door locked at all times. Never staying their again and wouldn't recommend it for anyone no matter the low cost per night.

I enjoyed the closeness to downtown and to my work.
Sometimes guests would yell in the hallway.

The facility is old and needs a lot of TLC, but the staff was VERY good. No breakfast offered. Cost was good for area, but was high for the quality.
Age and setup of room.

Just what I was looking for, location and good value, thank you
Can't think of anything negative.

The easy check-in, check out process. Didn’t even need card present to pay. The tv was decent.
It looks like they do little to nothing to maintain it. Everything is dirty and stinky. There was hair and dirt and dust and, god knows, who knows what under my bed on the bed frame. There was a guy creeping in the hallway that staff didn’t seem to care about. Super thin walls with extra loud guests. Not to mention the hole on top of our bathroom ceiling. To mention, the bathrooms and showers are tiny. The walls were scuffed and the floors were cold. Staff can be grumpy and in-accommodating.
