Très bon hôtel, mais ne comptez pas sur le petit déjeuner inclus.

Emplacement proche de l'autoroute, chambres très confortables.

Le petit déjeuner est en fait un bon pour une boisson chaude et un gâteau au Starbucks. Mais le thé ne compte pas dans les boissons chaudes, et les cafés spéciaux non plus. c'est café noir ou iced tea. Vraiment pas au niveau d'un hôtel de ce type, ils ne devraient même pas dire qu'ils proposent un petit déjeuner.

Perfect weekend getaway

Not happy at all. Was mislead into paying more money for breakfast included.

I didn’t like the fact that I called front desk before booking a room about Breakfast and she told me I had to select the option of paying more money to get breakfast. I asked her what is included she said I could get anything on menu. So I selected the option that cost more money. Fast forward to the next morning, we go down to get breakfast, it’s no breakfast Buffett so we had to place an order but only 2 entrees. I was confused because I’ve never heard of a hotel doing that, it’s always a Buffett and the food is out. I was so upset and felt mislead to book for a higher price to get breakfast. Also, it was cold in the hotel and room. I turned the heat all the way up and still was cold. So disappointed and will not be going back.

Great value for money.

Great value for money. In particular, gym, pool, laundry were all great. Room clean and large enough. Would gladly stay here again.

Not near anything, not even near commuter railroad, or grocery store.

Easy and uncomplicated check in and check out process. Very clean. Smart shower containers with shampoo and soap that are larger and don't have to mess with small bottles. Also nice racks in shower to store personal grooming items.

Restaurant was limited and expensive.

Very nice Hotel worth the price. Would definitely book again.

It is a nice hotel. Quick check-in, clean, rooms are very spacious. Beds are comfortable.

There was a like party in the pool area which did not give room for anyone else who wanted to swim.

I probably wouldn't mind coming there again as I expect things to improve.

Cleaners clean well.

I was unable to reach the front desk. I had to call reservations and they said to dial zero or you still won't get through. A hotel with no coffee. I went to the restaurant counter and there was nobody there. I stood there and waited awhile and almost had to go in the employee area to get someone to answer a question about the availability of coffee. The lady at the front desk was looking down and not watching or helping call someone to help me. Finally, someone came out from the back and I asked for a menu of what they offer. He didn't know where the menus were. I think the hotel is under new management which would explain the lack of coordination.

Charging $15 per person for any type of breakfast is offensive. The pool, which my granddaughters were looking forward to using was closed.

Wonderful, comfortable, great staff.

The room was exceptionally clean. The location of the room was perfect. The bed was comfortable the room amenities were excellent. The heat worked well. The curtains kept the light out of the room as we slept.

The main lobby restroom had toilet paper on the floor and the handicap bath stall had a sign OUT OF ORDER and it was locked but appeared to have a lot of trash left inside and that was unsettling. I did not need to use the handicap stall but the appearance was not the best as the first area I encountered as I came into the hotel.

The staff was friendly and the hotel is in a good location. The Beds were comfortable and the TV is set to watch popular streaming services that you may have an account with.

There was hair under the sheets and I courld hear the noise from the adjoined room next door.

courtyard by Marriott is always my preferred place to stay no matter the city! rooms are always clean and staff always pleasant

we stayed here for my sons birthday and even though I called to confirm on Saturday that the pool would be open for Sunday check in the pool was locked and not open for use upon arrival. only received the short answer of no pool is not open from staff until I asked again on Monday and explained it would be nice to know why since that was the deciding factor for using this particular location for the weekend. only then did I get a full answer
