Easy few steps away from the beach. Near lots of restaurants and Belmont Park. Loved going to sleep listening to the waves crash. There is no AC but it’s totally ok, the breeze keeps you comfortable, sometimes it was even too cold! There is a queen size bed and one small recliner chair. See pics attached with my review. There is no couch. Full size fridge and kitchen available to use. This place comfortably fits two people. You could maybe squeeze a third but it would be tight. I hope to stay here again in the future, really loved it!!! Managment was also available through messaging on booking.com

The location was fantastic. Despite everything that went wrong, I did appreciate the property management company and everyone who assisted with every single issue. I look forward to receiving the refund I was promised.
This place has a lot of potential; however, the most frustrating part is that it is 100% falsely advertised. I think it's incredibly important for future renters to know everything so they are adequately prepared and expectations are met accordingly.
First off, there was only one bed and no pullout futon (which is what the pictures showed and what the description stated). The property management company was kind enough to bring an extra air mattress, but unfortunately, it deflated several times throughout the night and I essentially slept on the floor the first night of our stay. Additionally, the bed frame for the actual bed collapsed so my cousin had to prop it up with her suitcase. It was frustrating not to have even the most basic essential needs met, and unfortunately, this set the tone for the entire trip.
There was also a gas leak from the stove that we didn't notice until later in the evening and had to sleep with all the windows open. The first night was freezing cold and, again, because I slept on the floor, it truly felt like camping. My cousin woke up with a pounding headache from the gas.
When I called the property management company, they were very responsive and sent maintenance to fix the issues in a timely manner, including purchasing and dropping off a new air mattress. However, I had to deflate the old air mattress, find a place to store it, and pump up the new one myself. I'm pretty flexible, but not having an adequate bed to sleep in from the get-go while also paying a decent amount really threw me off. If I wanted the experience of cramming into a friend's living room and blowing up my own bed for the evening, I truly would have just saved the money to stay at a friend's house.
Overall, we had a nice vacation but were ultimately incredibly disappointed with our stay. It simply was not as advertised and I felt kind of scammed. Very unfortunate as this place could be nice if basic needs were met with a little TLC.

Location, outdoor deck & view were excellent. Bed was comfortable. Size of unit good for 2 people. Toiletry supplies provided adequate with bath and beach towels. Nice that beach umbrella provided but didn't use. Refrigerator good size, clean & cold.
Didn't like high bed. Hated unreliable tv streaming programming. Couldn't finish two movies. Coffee maker didn't work but it could have been the person whom tried to use it. Heater unit dirty. No bowls in kitchen for cereal.

Was such a cute little studio in a great location. Perfect for a getaway weekend for my husband and I.

No complaints!

The only thing good about this place was the location.
There’s no parking spot. No a/c. I had to fix the toilet when I got there. The floor made our feet black. The linens were not changed or cleaned very well. I wouldn’t stay here.

Proximity to the beach is why I chose this place. I didn’t need anything fancy nor did I have to worry about parking since I didn’t bring a car.
The only negative worth mentioning is that I thought the $100+ “cleaning fee” was way too high. I imagine it’s set that high because some people, in the past, probably trashed the place. They made out on me because all they had to do was change the sheets and wash a couple of towels.
