Good location.

Location, staff and room were all nice.

Our toilet didn’t flush well but everything else was good. Also, the provided shampoo was empty.

If these few inconveniences could be addressed it could have been an awesome stay.

Fresh smell upon arrival was very pleasant. Beds were comfortable, selection of utensils cups and plates made it feel like you are right at home. Television channels were fine... although I only watched news I did noticed varius channels to select from.

The breakfast said it was until 9A i arrived at 8:35-8:40A and could no longer request an egg. The attendant told me that they were no longer available. My thought is that we should be able to request an egg until 9A. Shower pressure and shower head could be a little better. In addition my shampoo and lotion were empty and realized the shampoo was empty while in shower. I had to use body wash for my hair 😩 once i got out of the shower I went to apply a bit of lotion however it was also empty ....🙃 I then happened to look up out of disbelief and noticed that the bathroom vent was extremely caked with heavy crust of dust. Muust look into this as my alergies began to flair when I arrived and im pretty sure I kinda found the problem. Room is a bit dusty.

Great location, spacious room, but very noisy and not very clean.

room was very spacious and set up perfect for a big family, also great location. breakfast was actually very good. They had some omelettes which were delicious.

when walking into the room, the smell of Febreze or cleaner, or whatever they sprayed was so strong we had to leave our door propped open to vent. The cleaner spray was sprayed all down the walls and on the floor it was dripping it was nasty. The countertops in the kitchen had stains all over them, but wiped up with a simple towel. There’s also an orange food substance dripping down by the plates. the ceilings have plastic circles coming down out of the ceiling with giant holes which was really weird and creepy. you can also hear every noise on the other side of the wall from different guest and the traffic noise outside it was like they were racing all night on the streets.

Our stay was overall good. Would recommend for a cost effective option for a decent hotel.

The rooms were upheld to a standard level of cleanliness. I did enjoy the close proximity to Busch Gardens. My spouse enjoyed the waffles from the continental breakfast. We only interacted with staff upon check in and check out, they were overall nice.

Two things I found as cons. The water pressure level in the shower was very light. Also, I was overcharged for the room. In which I had to dispute with my financial institution & the hotel. The issue was resolved within a few days after my stay.

The size of the room was great and location.

Staff couldn't find my reservation even though I showed them a confirmation. Toilet was clogged 2 of the 3 days I was there. Breakfast was over before the time they gave.
