Wow, worst stay ever!

The pool lights, the nicely lighted parking lot, the hot breakfast and some of the staff.

The TV did not have ABC, our 1st room smelled like urine and mold, there was something nasty under a piece of clear plastic under the sofa mattress. There were ants everywhere on the pool deck, there were no pool towels, and when we asked for the common area to be opened for a large group who wanted to watch the hockey game, we were told no. When I asked if an exception could be made given all the other problems we had, she said I would wait and tell the manager in the morning. The next morning, the manager said this should've never happened and apologized. I'd feel better getting some of my money back, not an I'm sorry after the fact. Paying customers don't mean anything to Choice Hotels? Radisson was so much better.

there was dust in the room, they did not provide us with bed linen for the sofa, and when they brought it, it was crumpled, and the mattress on the sofa was without a cover and very dirty. Sometimes the elevators didn't work

Muy mal servicio, las habitaciones tienen mal olor, el personal no es amable, nos quedamos 1 noche y nos cobraron por 2 noches. No le recomiendo este hotel a nadie y sigo esperando mi reembolso por parte del hotel.

Realmente no pude disfrutar el viaje tenían que recibir un paquete que compramos y se perdió, lo perdieron o se lo quedaron los empleados del hotel; nunca apareció y ninguna respuesta favorable me dieron. Estoy tratando de recuperar el dinero de la compra y no estoy pudiendo hacerlo. Pésimo el trato y la negativa a ayudarnos más siendo extranjeros. Horrible como nos hicieron sentir sobretodo a mi hija que es las más perjudicada ya que eran regalos por su cumpleaños que decidimos como familia festejarlo en este país.

I intend on staying at the hotel at least once a year when the Saints are in town to play the Bucs

Horrible just horrible

Absolutely nothing

Everything . We were moved 3 different times in one night . One room had fire ants alll over the floor and coming from the ac unit, under the bed , bit me and my son. The nevt room has German roaches in the microwave and in the bathroom there was not hot water mold all over the bath tub . Smelled like you guys just covered the rooms with spray to “smell” clean . ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING . Your lady at the front desk Jenny is horrible . How do you not have a manager on duty at all times when situations like this occur . Would never book again or even recommend it to anyone .

Die gute Lage und das Frühstück. Pool. Aber Abzüge beim Hot Tub da keine ordentlichen Blubberblasen.

Sehr unfreundlicher Mitarbeiter am Empfang. Als wir ankamen war kein Mitarbeiter in der Lobby. Erst nach einer Viertelstunde warten ist ein Angestellter aufgetaucht, der überhaupt keine Lust hatte und einzuchecken. Unsere im Voraus gestellte Anfrage auf ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss wurde als lästig ignoriert. Nur für die Hälfte der gebuchten Gäste waren Handtücher im Zimmer. Bei einem 3 Tage Aufenthalt mussten 3x die Schlüsselkarten neu codiert werden. Nach der 2. Nacht hatten wir Housekeeping erbeten mit dem Ergebnis, dass weder Toilettenpapier noch Handtücher im Zimmer waren. Wenn man also eine Unterkunft mit Zumindest minimalen Komfort sucht, dann sollte man hier n i c h t. übernachten.

Too much money for the quality of stay.

The location

My key to the door was barely working. The bed sheets had stains and strands of hair on them. The remote didn’t work with the tv so we had to turn channels with the power button on the tv. Most of the things in the room weren’t working because we had to plug them up ourselves.

The 2nd room was downstairs and was by the pool and was clean and smelled better than the first room they gave me.

Was not enjoyable and was a waste of money

Staff was slow, unorganized, and rude. The stay was not enjoyable. Locks on door didnt work. Had to have a new bolt installed and door had trouble closing because it was to big. Room was musty and floor was wet. The bathroom door wouldn't close because it was too big. T.v. didn't work and the night shift didn't care to fix it because he was the only one on and didn't know how..his attitude was apathetic. Breakfast was unedible. Watered down milk and juice.

Best stay in Tampa!

This property is all around a 10. The staff at the front desk, cafe, housekeeping are great. My only concern is that they have a couple homeless outside and I saw them come in for breakfast. My recommendation is to have a better control of guests coming to breakfast, maybe a check off list.

It’s good breakfast could’ve been better. The eggs were not tasty. the hot tub was not too clean so I weed it in. Enjoy the hot tub. and we wanted to get in the hot tub but the hot tub had floating objects.

Never again!

The convenience was awesome!

We checked in on Friday, we got to the room 420 and the Air conditioner was leaking water so one half of the room we could not use. I have a recording of the water in the floor. We also did not have a tv remote and Asked for one Friday night while reporting the water issue in the wet carport. I asked for a discount and the staff was very none Committal or helped solved any problems. All Spanish and did not give a Damn. Motto So sorry! Oh and the beds were not clean too! The video and pictures down below is all the room.

I was very displeased with this stay.

Breakfast was great and beds were comfortable.

My dates were wrong upon check in and my rate was much higher than what I booked for. No housekeeping, even when requests were made several times. There were roaches crawling in the room. Mold in the bathroom. The carpet had chips on the floor from the previous guests!! No one dumped the trash the entire time we stayed. Had to sit the trash outside the door.

Overall I was satisfied with my stay.

I liked the convenience of staying on the bottom floor. Breakfast every morning was a plus. Kids really enjoyed the pool area.

Did not like the set up for sink in bathroom. Water splashes everywhere. Rooms weren’t cleaned daily which is preferred. Breakfast was the same every morning.
