The breakfast was full.. fresh… lots of variety.
The timing of breakfast was perfect for everyone.
The location was good.
Well when we checked in she said she gave our room away and so has to rebook us… the time of the process was long… and my total amount that I was emailed was NOT the amount taken out… a higher $17.00 to be exact.. when ask about this she just indicates we have been having this problem .. well then fix it.. so she said she would tell her manager…?let’s see how this goes

Clean and updated. Well stocked room. Bed comfortable. Included breakfast was a fair variety.
There was a long line for checkin. And only one checkin person who was more concerned at the time with assisting a colleague behind the bar than checking me in promptly. Additionally, the pillows were a small size which wasn’t a huge deal but was disappointing (short in width, not in fluff I mean).

The location was great as it was attached to the Sharonville Convention Center, where an event was being held that we were attending. We chose to stay here because the proximity to the convention center was a great convenience.
Three male staff members abruptly entered our room WITHOUT KNOCKING where two young women in their early 20s were staying. The GM, Michael Leitz, told us to Pack up our belongings and leave (after 4 nights), even though we had reservations for 6 nights. He lied, and said our confirmation number from Booking.com was not in the system, and our name was not in the system. A staff member called the police on us to try and intimidate us into leaving, even though we called Hyatt Corporate, and they said our reservation was for 6 nights, and we weren't supposed to check out until Aug 4. Manager threw us out for more important, higher paying clients, even though we made the reservation back on Mar 21 and had confirmation numbers! After pleading and telling staff that we paid and had confirmation we were told “Either way we don’t have any room for tonight so we’re gonna need y’all to leave.” SO TRAUMATIZING!!!

Bed was comfortable & for the most part clean
Check in was at 3 , we got there at 5 pm and our room still wasn’t ready . Our room didn’t become available until 630 . We had a game to attend at 640 so it made us late for our prior arrangements . The supervisor didn’t want to give us any money back only gave us a complimentary card to use for free drink and meal . He said we could check out later as well but that wasn’t something we could do .

Front desk clerk was very friendly and apologetic.
Picture on website was NOT actual room. False advertising. Requested refund and paid $40 more to stay somewhere else.. Extremely disappointed.

I booked this hotel for a convention held at the Sharonville Convention Center, and was pleasantly surprised. The room was fantastic and had comfortable beds, a spacious bathroom, plenty of towels, a variety of shapeable pillows, clean facilities, and curtains that did a great job in blocking out light. It had a surprisingly decent hot breakfast with eggs, bacon, sausage, and pancakes. Great dining area, too. The staff were friendly and helped me extend my stay when I realized I only booked two nights instead of three. The lobby was decent. The wifi was good enough, and I had no hassle in connecting to it. The price is reasonable.
I'm the kind of person who can always find something to nitpick. Honestly, I struggle to think of a single thing to complain about. The area around the hotel is a little rough, but I picked this hotel for the purpose of not having to leave the convention center. Even beside that, it's not a terrible location. There's plenty of restaurants just around the corner.

Location was kinda industrial, not much dinning options.
Loud cars reving their engine and squealing tires.in parking lot late at night . I believe it was a bunch of rich kids there for a wedding

The staf was helpful and the check in process was easy and fast.
The breakfast was not that interesting and was not worth waking up for. Very short menu when it comes to their breakfast unfortunately.

Location
The bedspread had stains. Floor was stained up. Dust in bathroom vent, floor wasn't swept up in bathroom and had old hair. Pool was so cloudy and dirty looking. Getting extra towels and coffee was an issue. I was there 4 nights.

Perfect location north of Cincinnati. Courteous staff and fantastic facilities. A perfect place to spend a night or longer if need be. Breakfast was hot and good.
A bit of a hike to get back on the highway northbound. Possibly due to construction?

Everything was good.
Water pressure in shower could have been better.

Nice clean comfortable room. Great hot breakfast. We stayed two nights and housekeeping came in and made the beds and provided new towels.
A hot tub would be nice, however the pool was a good size and warm.

It was clean and reasonable distance from the stadium
We got there at 2:30 knowing check in wasn’t till three. We were told it would be about 30min witch we figured. At 3:15 our room still wasn’t ready and we’re told it would be another 15min. 3:45 we were told our room still was not ready. Finally someone moved us to a clean room. We had tickets to a concert and needed to rush because our room was not ready at 3pm. It was fine wish for the price our room was ready on time.

The staff were ALL very friendly Laynie, Joe, Shayna, Laynies daughter, and the chef in the kitchen. Exceptionally trained and pleasant at all times.
Small thing would be to switch up breakfast a bit. Breakfast was ALWAYS HOT and FRESH, but eggs, bacon/sausage/waffles/pancakes for 5 days for me personally was meh. And, a bit more fresh fruit options aside from bananas and oranges. Honestly, that was just a personal thing my son LOVED it. Overall, it was an amazing stay, and I would definitely book again.

Staff was super helpful. We had a party over the weekend and I had bought a helium tank I couldn't open and they helped me with it. They went above and beyond and I really appreciate it.

Great friendly staff. Fun family vibes in the pool. Fitness center allowed us to turn off the music (not the florescent lights though)
A sweet little spot on the way into/out of town. We had a room to fit three adults and a child and all slept well! Wonderful option if you were doing something at the Convention Centre. Wifi was good.

Convenient for the conference we were attending. Expectation was that of other Hyatt Place stays but unfortunately that didn't happen.
Issues with staff attitude, facilities not being that on the website, housekeeping.

This establishment was easy to access and within minutes from shops and restaurants.
The staff here was very friendly and helpful. There were no issues with cleanliness, well maintained establishment.
The mattress was horrible. I was not able to get a good nights sleep because I felt like I was sinking.
