la amabilidad del staff y la ubicación
mucho ruido, en un lado hay bares con volumen alto, y en el otro lado una escuela

Given there were no people at the hotel---very depressing---at least the young lady who tended the bar was charming and efficient.
The staff was unwelcoming, unprofessional, and seemed they were there temporarily. Are you selling the property?
BTW, the floor in the entrance was a law suit waiting to happen.
4.0
exceptional design and staff.
First class hotel, that can easily compete with world capitals highest standards.
access to the hotel by car not super clear.

I love this hotel. It is beautiful and it's staff was very friendly and helpful
The rooms need some mantainance. The first room the AC didn't work so they changed us to another room but that room's WC didn't work very well.

the overall design and the rooms ar very spacious and the beds are supper comfortable and the fire features in the lounge area are very nice. and love the glass staircases and walk ways
that some small details, the Jacuzzi did not work, not a good introduction of the hotel and rate when we arrived, and some small details where missing. also the service is not very consistent in the restaurants and bars

top service.

the concept and decor - its a modern boutique hotel built within an old water purification factory. also the staff was super friendly and provided great service.
if anything the surrounding streets were a bit dark at night. it made me feel a little insecure. but nothing happened

the design is great. but everything else is not aligned with price
it’s noisy. the employees act like underpaid staff and don’t really treat the guests logically. even if they are well trained - like robots

Design and location
sometimes a bit windy when having breakfast.
shower water went over to the toilet next door.
better to place a piece of glass between both rooms.

Without a doubt, if I return to Puebla, I will stay at this place again. Simply, it is an experience that I found quite attractive and memorable. Many other people commented on architecture and views so I do not need to repeat this. The rooms are big and clean. The bed is super comfortable with an amazing view from the bed through balcony doors - right from your bed. Staff is professional, super polite and helpful and the place is spotless. While rooms show their age, I also think that it ads charm to the whole place. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes walk to the center, but you go through a nice part of the town so unless you have mobility problems, this is actually a bonus.
I think that hotel kitchen still did not fully reactivate - went there for two nice and choices were very limited. The food served was very good, but in one case it was the 3rd try to get items on the menu that were available. Also, it is true that across the park there is a loud place, but it shits down at midnight or 1 a.m. and after that is just a Paradise.

I liked the fact that it was very comfortable and quiet. Also the food was great, really delicious. Plus, the staff was very kind and helpful.
I think I'm starting to getting tired of hotels that call it selves: "Pet friendly" but in reality, they just let your pet stay in there. If they were indeed "friendly", dogs will be allowed to sleep in beds or they'll have spaces for them to run. But in the minute you read the rules for these "pet friendly hotels", you find almost everything is a "NO or DON'T". Not to mention they charge 35 USD per dog per night! for that amount, my dog should be able to use the toilet haha, or at least sleep wherever he wants!

great room, bed and bathroom.
slightly out of town.

The staff was fantastic, very kind and thoughtful in every interaction! the building itself is beautiful and the adjacent park made for a lovely setting.
if you’re afraid of heights, ask if you can stay on the second floor, the glass floors at the higher levels aren’t my cup of tea but my partner loved them :)

Location was good.
Was expensive.
Facilities were just ok.
Room was a good size.
Very noicy
Blinds old and broken
Aircon didn’t work properly
Had to use a key in the mini bar fridge every time you opened it
4.0
comfortable bed. strong shower. bedroom layout good.
high charges for in room mineral water which should be free as tap water not potable.
I won’t comment on the architecture - just that it’s slightly ridiculous. and not for anyone who suffers from vertigo.

poorly maintained, ugly surroundings

Impressive architecture.
The hotel room did definitely not meet our expectations. The windows had a slit, they were not clean, nor was the room. The items in the mini bar seemed to be really old already. The bathroom was not very clean.

Very beautiful architecture, amazing Breakfast and very near to the city center (10-15min to zócalo). Just across the road at the start of the old Town is a market - very good to shop local art and products, got all my gifts from there.

Design, cleanliness and friendly staff
That I couldn’t stay longer
4.0
Lovely staff, nicely designed room, comfy bed, warm shower, good location, good wifi.
Pleasantly surprised by the room service quality.
Location is very central.
The lobby gets pretty cold as it is open, but you just cover up. If you are a coffee lover you may be disappointed by the espresso.
