Nice comfortable hotel with lovely lakeside dining a short walk away.

Fine hotel. Very comfortable. We were driving with a lot of luggage in the car for a long distance move.. We choose this hotel because it had a gated secure garage. We felt fairly safe leaving all our luggage in the car overnight. Things can happen but it seemed the safest parking situation near a large city. Also the cheapest parking fee in the area. The location is a short walk from Lake Washington. Absolutely beautiful views from all the small restaurants along the waterfront. I would stay here again.

Not bad but would look at other properties if returning to same area.

Staff friendly. Common area clean. Breakfast was decent with a number of options.

Pool was broken down and closed which was one of the reasons to stay here. Discount should have been given for lack of expected amenity. Room cleanliness was satisfactory but far from great. Mattress uncomfortable.

Lovely, but I wish the pool had been working!

The property was lovely, very clean, and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was fine. The walls and floors were thick and quite soundproof, too. We came together for a family reunion, reserving a number of rooms, and we had kids with us. I was a bit afraid we would need to be after out kids to keep quiet. We couldn't hear our kids or family members in our adjacent rooms through the walls, so we were pleased about that. It made it comfortable for everyone.

We were disappointed that the pool was out of order, as we were coming together as three families with kids. The indoor pool looked lovely and was one of our primary reasons for choosing this location. We also requested a King suite room so that we could have a few dishes and serving amenities, but the suites offer very little other than a microwave and refrigerator. One item that we lacked was a wine key. They had one at the front desk that we had to return immediately since it was the only one in the entire hotel. The wine key was a small detail, but the pool was a larger one. The kids were disappointed they were unable to swim.

Excellent staff, comfortable rooms, quiet

The hotel staff was friendly and courteous, some of the nicest people we have encountered at a hotel. The woman at the front desk over the weekend we stayed there was exceptional. Our room was not the right setup for us. She realized that before we did and quickly gave us a different room without batting an eyelash. We had a very comfortable stay and slept peacefully.

The pool is too cold for adults and children too. If it were just 5 degrees warmer, it would be tolerable to stay in for some fun play.

早餐還可以，只是房間在鉄道旁和健身房旁邊，非常吵啊！

我不喜歡他們讓我在櫃檯等了足足半小時多等入住，似乎找不到我的登記資料？他們還給了我二樓的殘障人室房間，是甚麼意思啊？？

Not worth the price you have to pay to stay here.

Rooms were decent and parking was good but you have to pay $15 a night which is alot for this small hotel.

I question the cleanliness of their kitchen as they had waffles in menu on Sunday but they left the test of the batter until Monday. It was bad next day and when i asked the kitchen staff, she just brought more batter and put it in the same container with bad one. Indoor swimming pool was so cold you cant stay in it for long. The only reason I booked this hotel for my kids to enjoy pool but they couldn’t stay in it longer. When complained to front desk, she said thats the normal temperature of this pool. Overall i dont believe this hotel is worth the price they ask for.

The location is actually pretty good. There is a shopping center a 10 minute walk away. Lots of nice shops and restaurants nearby.

The access to the parking is confusing. A little advanced warning would have been appreciated.

loved walking distance to a great park away from the hustle/bustle, very relaxing

I made a mistake with my reservations, I added an extra day by accident. It was my fault because I made reservations through a third party. It was my first get away since my husband died in December. Just felt bad about that

Cars got broken into and the pool was freezing and they were doing some sort of electrical construction and the hotel manager wouldn't even come in on a Friday to discuss cars getting broken into. Nobody was surprised and was down right complacent.

Location was okay.

Cleanliness is non-existent. The bed sheets were dirty when I got into the room with stains on it. I called into the reception and he immediately said he can change me to another room. I got to the second room and the sheets are all wrinkled up as well. I checked out immediately. He said the charges will be refunded. Will update if I don't get it in another week. Terrible experience. Wouldn't stay here again.
