Decent mid-range stay

Conveniently located near a bus station with direct access to Manhattan. Decently sized rooms with comfy beds and spacious bathroom.

The breakfast could benefit from more variety, and even with limited choice the hotel was running out of some items. Coffee was a bit of a disappointment.

Agréable chaleureux, très bien desservi

Le personnel était très agréable, juste en face de l’hôtel, il y a un bus qui nous ramène directement au cœur de New York. Que demander de plus?

J’ai vraiment tout apprécié dans cet établissement. Nous étions trois adultes avec un enfant de deux ans et ça s’est super bien passé.

Parfait pour une étape en voiture à New York

J’ai choisi cet hôtel pour mon étape à New York lors de mon Road trip. Le gros avantage c’est le parking gratuit et la proximité d’un arrêt de bus pour se rendre à New York en 30 minutes. La chambre était propre, avec un grand lit King size. Le petit déjeuner est très bien, avec du choix qui change chaque jour : par exemple des saucisses de dinde, ou du bacon ou encore des eggs muffins. On retrouve aussi du sucré et du café et jus d’orange ou pomme. Il y a un arrêt de bus en face de l’hôtel, on peut payer le titre de transport par carte bancaire directement dans le bus. Le bus nous amène au terminus Port Authority qui se trouve à 5 minutes de Time square.

Les extérieurs étaient plutôt pas entretenus, poubelles qui débordent, ça donne pas une bonne image en arrivant. Le service de chambre n’est pas passé une seule fois lors des 3 nuits où j’ai séjourné dans cet hôtel, ce qui était un peu embêtant car je n’avais plus de gel douche et il n’a pas été renouvelé.. Il faudra prendre la voiture pour vous rendre dans un restaurant ou un supermarché qui se trouve à une dizaine de minutes de l’hôtel, il y a rien aux alentours.

Très décevant!

Rien, sauf que c est devant l arrêt d autobus

Très bruyant, car près de l autoroute, beaucoup de sirène de grondement de moteur d auto. On nous a jamais aviser que la chambre n étais pas nettoyé à chaque jours, la première journée les poubelles n étais pas vider et les serviettes non remplacer.. on m a dit que je devais le demander avant 11hrs pour le lendemain! Pas fort pour le prix payer

Overall, it’s a really nice property and a fairly good location and the staff was great.

Location was close to my daughters so that was great

Reported these issues to the front desk Remote control batteries were dead. Got another one from the front desk and the batteries were low The digital thermostat on the wall. Batteries were dead, and the shower faucet was clogged or barely sprayed any water so I had to unscrew it in order to get water to come straight out of the pipe and reported all of this to the front desk.

Kein weiterer Besuch, Weiterempfehlung ungerne

Zimmerausstattung (mit Ausnahme der Schlafcouch) Frühstück für amerikanische Verhältnisse ok, gute Busanbindung ( 5min.vom Hotel 30 min nach Manhattan) Supermarkt (Target) 5 min.

Die Lustlosigkeit, das Desinteresse, der fehlende Service des Rezeptionspersonals. Stundenweise war die Rezeption überhaupt nicht besetzt. Sofa verdreckt (der Bitte nach einem Laken, kam man nach mehreren nachfragen am dritten doch noch nach) das dazugehörige Bett durchgelegen so das man jede Sprungfeder in Nacht ohne Probleme zählen konnte ( an Schlaf war nicht wirklich zu denken)

Bom hotel em NJ, mais barato que os de NYC

Os quartos são espaçosos, ótimo banheiro, camas confortáveis e tudo limpo.

O café da manhã é bem básico, sem muita variedade. O café disponível é pessimo, com gosto horrível, sem outra opção (espresso ou cappuccino). Só chá ou chocolate em pó. O ônibus (127) que passa próximo ao hotel para ir até Nova York (Port Authority) não é frequente (a cada 30-45 minutos nos dias de semana e 60 minutos nos finais de semana), o que preju muito o transporte. A volta ao hotel à noite é inviável, pois o ambiente no Port Authority é tenebroso… Só de Uber ou táxi, o que torna a estada no hotel cara demais.

Excel·lent opció si vas amb cotxe propi, a 30-40 min de Manhattan

En general l'hotel ha estat molt bé, li dono el màxim de puntuació. Habitació i bany molt grans. El personal a recepció és excel·lent. Viatjava amb una persona amb mobilitat reduïda i vam poder aparcar a una de les places de minusvàlids amb la targeta d'aparcament de la Unió Europea. L'ascensor és rapidíssim.

L'habitació era excel·lent però hi havia un permanent soroll de la ventilació que ens van dir que no podien solucionar, amb la qual cosa afectava la qualitat del son. L'assecador de cabells estava brut de greix i cabells. Les parets de l'habitació són de paper de fumar, pots sentir TOT el que fan els de l'habitació del costat. El buffet de l'esmorzar és una mica pobre.

Perfect stay if you intend on staying outside of Manhattan. Easy commute, nice complementary breakfast. A bit noisy but

The hotel had amazing accommodation. The room was very clean and check in process was smooth. The location is very convenient if you plan on staying outside of Manhattan as the bus stop was only a couple of minutes away. The bus would run hourly and stopped in Times Square. The commute is not bad at all but it does require some time to get to and from Manhattan. They offered a nice breakfast but there is not much variety. The menu would repeat every other day but it was tasty nonetheless.

The room was a bit noisy as the windows were not double glass and the main road close to the hotel was busy. For light sleepers this can be bothersome.

Good rooms.

Receptionist are not good at all. You feel like you paid no money to stay, too rude. The location is isolated and it is part of New Jersey not New York. Juice serves in breakfast is just colored water..

Comfortable stay .

It was very clean and comfortable.

For breakfast buffet , there is no drinking water available . We have to go into the gym to take water from the dispenser . I found that very strange ! Also , the gym has a weird smell so it’s probably not ventilated well .

Overall. I enjoyed staying there. The workers very nice, polite and amiable.

It’s clean, room was very neat and not old. Nicely decorated.Floor carpeting very clean. Can walk around barefooted without worrying you can get fungus on your feet.

Needs extra set of towels, shower head too high to fix the water flow to your comfort.

Najlepszy hotel w North Bergen

Duże pokoje. Bardzo wygodne łóżka. Najczystszy hotel na naszej trasie a było ich 14. Polecam. Menadżer pomocny w każdym aspekcie. Bardzo blisko do promu na Manhattan i do przystanku autobusowego. Parking i śniadanie w cenie.

Śniadanie mogłoby być nieco bogatsze może o boczek i kiełbaski dla mięsożernych jak my ;)

Not much breakfast options As I have also stayed in a Fairfield Marriott in Cancun Mexico They had the best breakfast options This was just frozen cooked burger patties and the eggs were the worst

Our towel seemed soiled (we complained about this). Wish the hotel had more alternative milk options for breakfast, like cashew or almond milk. Some of the night staff could work on being a little more nicer.

So much fun! Would definitely stay again if we went back!

This property was so accommodating for us! We took a red eye and landed almost 7 hours before our check in time and they were very understanding and let us check in early! Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to take a trip to NYC. The bus across the street (the 127) takes you straight into Port Authority which is about a 5 min walk from Time Square.

Great breakfast, good value, comfortable beds and room.

Great breakfast. Very clean. Nice room with big comfortable beds.

Front desk staff when we checked in did not tell us anything. Everything we learned about breakfast times, ice machine etc we had to figure out ourselves. The wheels on the luggage cart were broken making it very hard to steer. I told that same young man about that when I returned the cart. I needed to use a cart 1/2 hour later and found the same cart in service again. Dissatisfied with this clerk. Second day we asked the desk clerk for info on taking a bus to Times Square and a the clerk on dart then was very helpful, even writing down information to make sure we had things clear.
