Location to our event in the area.
Checkin in staff took an actual copy of my drivers license. Took almost 10 minutes even though we had a reservation and no one in line before us. Room 100 has mildew all along tub and floor to tub and reeked of a smell similar to soiled cat litter. The carpeted floor was damp in several areas so we kept our shoes on. After driving all day and our 10:15 pm arrival we were thankful the sheets seemed clean. All this still cost us $204 for one night.

It was clean and everyone was friendly.
The pool was out of service the juice machine and the vending machine were out of service and the one bed in our room was broken
3.4
The location and size of rooms
The staff at front desk was very rude. When we got to our room there was no toilet paper. Our phone in room didn’t even have a cord to use to call front desk so I used my cell phone called front desk requested someone to bring to us and she said she would see if she could find someone and then hung up on me. No apology for room not being stocked. No one ever came and I called again 1 hour later and no one answered front desk. My sister and her husband was staying in hotel on 2nd floor I went to her room to get an extra roll of paper they had in their room. Totally unacceptable service.

The location
The reception was rude. We only came for
The pool; which we found out later was shut down. The room needs a complete update with paint missing, paint showing water damage, spots in the carpet, nicks in the tub, back of the remote control was gone, something splattered by the air conditioner on the wall, bathroom door didn’t shut. There was chunks of dirt behind the chair and in corners. The juice machine was broke. Vending area was completely gone and boarded up with caution tape. For 210.00 i expect a lot more than this. Red roof could do this and only cost 95.00

Location was very access
I sent a message to the hotel stating these same things.
1 shower was dirty and had hair in it along with the fact the soap tray hadn't been cleaned in some time.
2. No toilet paper
3. Phone did not work so we could not inform staff of toilet issues and cleanliness.
4. Bathroom had not been swept
5. No user guide for the TV and wifi connection was not even good at all.
6. Pool was not open per note on front desk.
The staff was nice and the breakfast was pleasant. We would have actually complained to the front desk had the phone been working but we were both exhausted and needed sleep so going down was not gonna happen. Overall I rate this stay as sub par and I would not refer a friend.
I feel after our stay we would have had a better stay at a motel 6 or super 8.
Will not be back and for the $150 we paid for one night I can clearly say wasn't even worth $75.
If they would like to try to make it right by all means I'm open to that.

The hot breakfast was excellent and they had options for vegetarians too.

Location
Dirty rooms, horribly uncomfortable beds,, was listed as a new facility definitely wasn't, damaged furniture, first room the door was open and radio playing, second room no remote, both rooms dirty

Value, breakfast, was ok, comfort
Staff were outside smoking every few minutes.
Pool was closed. Outside areas sun a bit of disrepair
3.4
Bathroom light bulb not working. Requested bulb changed at registration and on 2nd day of stay. Not corrected on check out.
Insufficient amount of Breakfast for numbered of guest. Restocking was a failure.

pool was out of service

The rooms were clean and the air worked great. The property is quiet so no real outside noise to wake you up.
We had a king room with a pull out sofa bed. Went to get another blanket for my kid and they said they were all out of extra blankets. The pool was out of service and the breakfast was less than ideal. The front desk workers weren't the friendliest either. Normally when they give you the key card, they tell you what floor and room number. I asked and she told me to look at the card!!

close to Homestead Festival that we attended. we are planning on coming back next year, and will probably stay here again!
not enough towels and wash cloths, we had to get more towels and wash cloths. we only had 2 towels and wash cloths for 4 grown women.
Also, had to get our card key reprogrammed, it was shut off after first night and we booked 2 nights, very inconvenient to have to go back downstairs and get it reloaded!

the first night the sheer on the very dirty. the staff quickly gave me a new one. thank you

We stayed for 3 nights. They were out of juices, coffee cups and more. The pancake machine was broken. Ice machines were missing. Pool closed. Workout room closed.
Bedding was dirty. Requested clean sheets and comforter. Got them.
Bedding was sub par.
Heard another guest day that he had dirty towels. Staff said that they weren't dirty they were stained!
Time to get new sheets and towels!
Didn't seem like staff took any initiative to correct anything.
Would not go back

Good location and facility.
Staff was not responsive to my complaint of an adjacent room of juveniles loud and running in the halls.
3.4
Nice and clean. Staff was friendly and very accommodating
Beds were a little stuff but that is all

The breakfast was okay.
We were on the 2nd of 3 floors and apparently there was a family right above us. Before 6:00 a.m., we could hear them running, jumping, walking, etc. It appeared there was no or very little insulation in the ceiling. At times we thought they were going to drop through. Also there were no local ABC, CBS, NBC stations on the satellite which was very disappointing.
3.4
convenient place to stop which raveling through to Alabama. rooms were okay clean, bathroom could use some freshening up and clean caulk
bed was broken and they had no maintenance staff in duty.
only one person at checkout and many people trying to talk to him to either check in or have questions/concerns.
no water at the breakfast table, wow. just wow.
had to keep going back to reception for the key card which wouldn’t work in our room, and waited long times to even see the receptionist who was either busy or smoking a cigarette outside.
paid $168/ night before taxes. our room came to $419 and our bed was broken, key wouldnt work, pool was out of order, and NO wATER to drink for breakfast?
3.4
Great location. Room was clean and bed was super comfortable.
They were short staffed, so the breakfast left a lot to be desired. There wasn't much to choose from, and we couldn't find anyone to restock.
3.4
Bad cell reception and wifi didn't do breakfast because they were short staffed
3.4
easy access to I65
Room smelled musky, and house keeping didn’t show up to one room. we had to ask for towels for our 3 nights staying here.
3.4
The bed was clean & comfortable. I felt comfortable with the access doors of the guest rooms being from inside the building.
We arrived at 3:30, Our room was ready but not supplied with towels adequately. There was no room phone or hot water that evening or morning . My husband went to the desk to let them know of our disappointment . The staff on duty said "when it's cold outside, the hotel never has hot water" ... This is a Huge concern. How do you sanitize the kitchen or kitchen appliances that are being used daily in the continental breakfast ? How do you sanitize the linens with no hot water ? The hotel was understaffed as well...the front desk employee was also keeping up with the hot food breakfast bar being run ragged.

really convenient to the highway
no early check-in’s in late check in at 3 PM

Great location. Clean rooms and good breakfast!
The shower walls needed cleaning. There were water spots from the previous stay that had not been cleaned. Everything else in the room was great tho.
3.4
All customer facing facilities were clean and apparently well maintained
the tv went in and out for the duration of our stay. The shower was THE WORST. No water pressure and finding a comfortable water temperature was impossible.
3.4
Hot and fresh with a good variety.
There's nothing I didn't like.
