Overall it was a nice place I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was clean and so was the room.

The lights in the bathroom didn't turn on in the morning I was in a hurry so had to shower in the dark.

Glad I stayed there, but didn’t get much sleep on Saturday night.

Easy check in , close to shopping, restaurants and the skating venue. Out door area for breakfast was nice

Noise at night until 4:30am. We were in 312 above the outdoor area and there was a boisterous party going on to keep us awake. Not anything bad, just late and loud!!!

Ein sehr gutes Hotel zum vergleichsweise günstigen Preis. Gute Ausstattung, sehr gutes Frühstück. Tierfreundlich.

Eigentlich nur Kleinigkeiten. Der Eingang ist schwer zu finden, ich war nicht der einzige Gast der andere danach gefragt hat. Das Frühstück wird pünktlich auf die Minute abgeräumt egal wie viele Gäste anwesend sind. Die Betten sind selbst für amerikanische Verhältnisse hoch.

Overall a good stay

Breakfast options were good. I liked the size of my suite and the lobby and breakfast are were attractive

Cleaner bathroom in my suite. The hotel did not have a charging station for my EV and this cost me a lot at area charging stations, not to mention the amount of hours spent charging elsewhere when I could have had more time with my family. Kitchen needs more pots and pans of smaller sizes

The location is great. The staff is nice.

It’s starting to show some wear due to its age. The lights and electric outlets by the bed didn’t work. The refrigerator made a clicking sound. We were also disappointed to see the bath soap and shampoo had not been refilled, but that was easy to remedy. But, overall, everything was nice.

Nobody went to clean my room, we had bath trash and we wait all day to someone came to clean. I didn't knew if we needed to call them or just they clean regularly. Thank you all other things was really good.

The room was incredible. The breakfast was clean, the manager was nearby to help with any request. Pool area clean and nor overly chemical. It was truly enjoyable, start to finish.

The night clerk was not overly friendly, but certainly not rude either.

It was adequate.

The rooms were comfortable but airconditioning was poor. Reception did not respond to an attempt call down around 10:00 pm on the first evening. Reported the airconditioning issue the following morning at 08:00. At noon I asked the desk when someone might attend to the issue and was told it would be later in the afternoon. We explained we could not wait around all afternoon as we had two small dogs in the room. The tech attended to the issue finally around 2:00 pm. We were near the ice machine on the 4th floor. There was constant beeping alarm coming from that area.

We were not made aware of the $100 pet cleaning fee until we checked in. This was not mentioned by the booking agent when I made the booking. While you provide ample bags and pet waste disposal locations it would appear that many of your guests appear to ignore your requests to dispose of their pets waste at all. In light of the obvious disregard by many who do not pick up after their dogs, might I suggest you use some of the pet cleaning revenue to employ someone to clean up the pet waste from the grass areas along the walking paths / pet walking areas, on a more regular basis. Not only is it unsanitary but makes walking your pet during the hours of darkness, very unpleasant. You have a problem that can very easily transfer the interior of the hotel.

Below Average for a family. But maybe great for those with pets

Our overall stay was okay not the best we have had. The manager was welcoming and easy to talk to. He always greeted us and made sure we did not need anything. The night staff were also nice and courteous. The location was great.

The couches and desk chair had what appeared to be dog saliva or some old stains. Finger prints all over the stainless steel and doors were visible. The shower including shower-head had what appears to be mold and crusty mineral or bacteria buildup. The shower soap dispenser had dried shampoo on the nozzles. I recommend the bathroom gets cleaned better and the caulking is cleaned and re-done especially around the shower glass. I also recommend that the carpet is cleaned and shampooed frequently.
