Facilities in the apartment: Remote control air conditioning and ceiling fans. Electronic safe in master bedroom. Cordless telephone which can be used by the pool. Private parking.
Eating out: There are a variety of restaurants to suit all tastes. Some often on the sea and usually expensive are perfect to celebrate a special occasion. We have recently visited Carambola, The Fishpot and La Terra which has its own night-club and found them all good. In the medium price range The Waterfront in Bridgetown is very popular, on several nights there is jazz or a steel band. When you book ask for a cooler table out on the quayside. Lobster Alive in Bridgetown is also very casual, yes they do sell lobster. On the South Coast there are many medium priced category places for you to check out. There is a Mexican restaurant an Irish pub, Chinese and Pizza just to mention a few. The less expensive places on the South Coast are Cocomos, Pizzaz for pizza, and Cheffette. Often small local places offer good typically Bajan food.
The Beaches: There are many lovely beaches on the calm Caribbean West Coast. The nearest is Mullins Bay a 4 minute stroll away. Other favourites are Crane Beach on the Atlantic south coast. Here you can hire body boards from the lifeguard. Sunloungers/parasol rentals are available and it is such a lovely setting that you should take a picnic and spend the day. There are several linked beaches for you to walk and explore. Foul Bay on the same coast is the perfect place for a long breezy walk. Sandy Beach is also lovely. Here within the reef it is shallow and the perfect place to wade. It is usually calm and it is a great place to learn to wind surf. There are two beach bars right on the sand plus parking and a long stretch of beach for walking. Sunloungers/parasols are available for hire. Bathsheba is a very dramatic part of the island and well worth the drive. Highly recommended is the flying fish pate at The Round House Restaurant. There is usually music at lunch on Sundays.

Smooth booking process, beautiful villa with a lovely view of the pool, friendly housekeepers, tranquil location, easy access to beach and supermarkets, spacious apartment, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable stay, highly recommended.

Booking process very smooth and all communication with owners swift with lots of helpful tips to get the most out of the holiday in Barbados. The Villa is beautiful, well maintained and the balcony has a lovely view of the pool which is clean and quiet. The garden is filled with tropical plants, pops of colour - frangipani and bougainvilleas. Take strong mosquito repellent, they are a problem.
This is a tranquil spot with friendly housekeepers and a gardener. We travelled on the local yellow bus to Bridgetown and to and from the supermarket and although not for the faint hearted as often noisy and over crowded, it was a lot of fun. The blue bus is more sedate. We didn’t have a car and don’t need one as there is always a bus or taxi. Catamaran trip one of the best days with El Tigra swimming with turtles. Restaurants are expensive. Fish pot favourite and most varied menu. The Lone star best for idealic location on the beach and celebrity reputation, but over priced. Mullins and Gibbs beach two of the nicest beaches along the West coast but need to bring water and food to Gibbs and Payne beach as no bars or food venues on the beach.
Super holiday and apartment highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casablanca. Quite near to Speightstown, so easy to get a bus to visit the places we wanted to go to.
The Apartment was very well equipped and spacious . The pool was a lovely area to relax on very comfy sunloungers and swim . Thanks for a lovely stay.

We had an excellent holiday in this apartment. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is quite well equipped overall, although the small fridge (not North-American size), necessitated more frequent shopping as there is not much freezer storage. The friendly housekeeping ladies came in twice a week. The pool and area is wonderful and well maintained. Casablanca is in an excellent location within a close walk to nearby beaches, and there are also very pleasant walking areas inland from the apartment. We didn't rent a car so we had groceries delivered from Aone Supermarkets (fairly good online ordering process) or walked 30 minutes to Jordan's in Speightstown to get supplies. All in all, we loved our stay in Casablanca.

We absolutely love staying here. We have already booked to stay again. The owners are quick to respond and send helpful information beforehand. The villa had all amenities that you need. It was immaculately clean, plenty of towels and bedding. The cleaning ladies, gardener, pool maintenance team are so lovely, always a smile given and a chat. It's a perfect location and wonderfully quiet, breakfast watching the birds and occasional monkey walking by, it's my happy place!

Cocktails, sunsets, coconut shrimp- it doesn’t get much better than that !!! Lovely well designed and appointed apartment with good sized swimming pool just minutes away from the sea…. Good restaurants on Mullins Beach and Gibbes Beach, fifteen minutes walk away is a sheer delight- shaded seclusion with few people as no facilities! Fish Pot in Speightstown was our favourite restaurant right on the waters edge, locally Ci Cis for coconut shrimp and Reggie’s Jerk for lightly barbecued tuna!

Location of the property is excellent, close to beaches,Speightstown and Holetown . Communication with the owner before our stay was informative .
My disappointment was that the photographs don’t portray how tired the property was. The bed linen , rugs in both bedrooms were thread bare , the toilet seat in the guest bedroom was broken . In the kitchen the sink needed to be replaced and the cooker was not clean .
Sunbeds had seen better days .

Very roomy inside, lots of sunlight, lovely and quiet pool area, plenty of bath and beach towels, a cooler is provided to bring to the beach, easy access to Mullins beach, (5 minutes walking distance). Please note that it can hot in the kitchen and living room area as there is no AC (only provided in each bedroom).

Was very impressed with Casablanca 4 - We were all impressed how clean and airy the apartment was! Good location within walking distance of Mullins beach and even to Speightstown - beautiful pool as well - A lovely home from home for our week in the sun!! A tripped fuse was fixed quickly after a call to the Property Managers and the owners' communication throughout the booking process and leading up to our holiday was excellent!

Mullins was very spacious and had all the necessary kitchen utensils. We had cleaning service on several occasions during our stay so our space was very well maintained . The location manger was very responsive to our requests. The location was in a very quite neighbor hood and we enjoyed the monkeys trooping by most mornings. If you are looking for closer proximities to grocery stores, drug stores et, I would recommend either a location in or around Holetown or Speightstown for easier access to the above . We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone who is looking for a quite spot during their vacation

My wife, Karen and I had a wonderful week at Casablanca - a small villa with with 4 two bedroom apartments and a private pool shared by each apartments - the location was great for beach activity with many restaurants less than 1/2 mile away or less. Taxi service was readily available for longer travels - a bus stop was just a short distance from Casablanca with many buses picking you up for trips to Bridgetown and others small towns North and South. We highly recommend Casablanca for your next vacation . The owner, Judith, kept us informed as we planned our stay - much appreciated - Denny

Relaxation and fun
Great location and wonderful place to relax with the family. We loved the veranda overlooking the pool and swam most days. Casablanca is spaceous and the furniture comfortable. The bedrooms and beds were great and the air conditioning excellent We walked every morning to Mullins beach and enjoyed swimming, snorkeling, jet skis and Adrian's rum punch. We had a wonderful dinner at Sea Shed.
We hired a car and travelled most of the island seeing the sights. Driving here is fun but nerve wracking for passengers. Make sure to get full insurance as getting a scratch is very easy and costly.
Enjoy!

Home from home
We've stayed at Casablanca before and thoroughly enjoyed our time at the apartment, using the facilities and the numerous times we visited Mullins Beach, just 5 mins walk away. The neighbourhood is residential and very quiet, we're even getting to know the neighbours now!
The 2 bed apartment is very spacious with all the facilities you'll need and the pool is a good size, unlike some of the other ones we've been to and the photos exaggerate the size.
There is a new restaurant owned by the Fish Pot on Mullins Beach now and very well worth a visit, but book ahead!
We hope to be back again in the not too distant future.

I hesitate to rate this too highly as I fear that if I do it may not be available when I want it next! It really is superb in every way. Beautifully presented, spacious, well equipped and wonderfully situated. A truly great place to stay. Thank you!

An excellent and spacious apartment close to the beach.
The property is beautifully situated in a short cul-de-sac off Mullins Road.
The Mullins beach is a pleasant 12 minutes walk away with the exceptional Gibbs beach being 15 minutes walk away.
Holetown with shops and restaurants is about 15 minutes away by bus or by car.
The apartment itself benefits by being on the first floor. It has an exceptionally large master bedroom with a good size en suite bathroom. The second bedroom is slightly smaller and is equipped with two single beds. There is a separate bathroom/shower room.
The Kitchen is well equipped and leads onto a spacious lounge area with a long sofa and several large chairs. There is a large flat screen T.V.
An especial feature of the property is that both the living room and the master bedroom have folding doors leading onto a balcony running the entire width of the property. Part of this area is equipped with sofa seating and part with a dining table with four chairs. There are beautiful views over the swimming pool to the backdrop of palm trees and bougainvillea.
There is front parking for each of the 4 apartments.

Extremely comfortable and spacious apartment in a peaceful location.
Excellent location within easy walking distance of beautiful beaches. Good quality restaurants and supermarkets just a short drive. Very welcoming staff who kept the place very clean and tidy. Great balcony overlooking pool where we enjoyed watching the birds and green monkeys who passed by most mornings. Good base for exploring all the tourist attractions on the island and a relaxing place to come back to at the end of the day.

Lovely Stay In Barbados
The apartment was very nice and a great area to stay in. It was just a short walk to Mullins Beach and was in a convenient location. The staff that worked here was great and were able to answer all of our questions and took care of any issues that needed attention during our stay. Fabulous breezes day and night.

All your needs in once place
My husband and I just returned from our AMAZING visit to Barbados. The condo we stayed in was perfect. Very clean and very well maintained. Getting to the condo was an adventure...but once we found it we were greeted by Waterman the grounds keeper. He showed us around and gave us suggestions of where to snorkel and such. The condo is very large and comfortable. the balcony overlooks the swimming pool and the ground with a pool hours and beautiful. We enjoyed watching the monkeys in the morning. Several times a week we would see the housekeeper who is very very nice and helpful. The kitchen is great with coffee maker, blender, microwave. Lots of pots and pans for those who plan on cooking up their catch of the day. The king bed in the master bedroom was great and very comfortable. The second room has two twin beds. Both bathrooms are large and clean. The walk to the beach is only about 5 minutes away. Food markets are not too far away...we liked the Massey store in Holetown best. Having a car is very helpful to get to all the places up and down the West Coast. We would go to different beaches everyday to snorkel and spearfish. Folkstone Reverve is only about 10 minuets drive and is a great place to snorkel....no fishing allowed at Folkstone.
Whenever we visit a new place we always ask ourselves if we could come back and would we stay in the same place. My husband and I say YES to both would would not hesitate to rent the same condo and we are already looking forward to going back to Barbaos.

Fabulous apartment in great location
Loved our stay in Casablanca. We were the only people in the apartments so had the pool to ourselves. 5 mins walk to Mullins beach and just over 10 to Gibbs Beach. Lovely large apartment- rooms are large and the veranda overlooking the pool and watching the monkeys was a lovely relaxing space to sit out on. Well equipped kitchen and lovely garden. WiFi was really good so kids very happy. We hired a car for a week and used the buses for the second week. They come along every 5 mins or so so really easy to visit all the beautiful beaches on the west coast or to go to the supermarkets in Holetown or Speightstiwn. The west coast is definitely the best place to be. We liked the Folkestone Marine Reserve for snorkelling. Holetown for the supermarket and karaoke on Sunday night at the One Love Bar. Speightstown has a few restaurants and we snorkelled on the beach there with a turtle. Catermaran trip to swim with turtles is a must. We went with Calypso Cruises and they were brilliant. In Mullins there is a small beach hut doing drinks but the beach bar/restaurant is still being done up but has been taken over by a hotel so will be private. Just up the road past the garage there is a bar called the Wreck that was great for lunch. We had a fabulous time

Casablanca apartment
The apartment was everything we hoped it would be , and a little bit more . The position is great in a small complex of 4 apartments with its own pool and just a 5 minute stroll down to Mullins beach so we were able to go for a swim on the beach before breakfast
The apartment is well furnished and the bedrooms are huge, the kitchen is well equipped and the gardens and apartment are very well maintained
Overall , a most enjoyable holiday and good value

Beautiful Apartment - short walk to Mullins Beach
We stayed in Casablanca over Christmas and could not have been happier. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and very clean! The kitchen is compact and very well equipped with the basics for simple cooking. The bed was enormous and very comfortable. Every morning whilst having breakfast we watched the Green Monkeys in the treetops opposite the balcony.
The beach which is a casual stroll away is very beautiful and has great activities for kids.
The location is very good if you want to be in lush, pretty and quiet environment- would highly recommend!! We really hope to return!!

Superb apartment in ideal location
My wife and I decided to book this lovely apartment after researching the area around Mullins as it was our first stay on the West coast after all our previous visits to Barbados had been on the South coast. We were happy that we had made the right choice upon arrival and seeing the quality of the apartment. You don't want for anything. Everything is right there at your fingertips. Rooms were very airy and spacious and there is a lovely seating area outside that overlooks the very nice pool. Mullins beach is a 7-8 minutes walk away and the beach at Gibbes takes around 15 mins. The cleaning and maintenance staff are lovely and very helpful . All in all we enjoyed our stay here very much and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment.

First impressions, the rooms are bigger than you would think and the gardens are beautiful
We decided not to hire a car as we wanted a totally chilled holiday ,and used the local transport which was great fun ,little bit disappointed the local supermarket was closed for our trip but we did lots of trips to Speights town .Our apartment was heavenly ,the bed was huge, the water drinkable ,the wifi kept our son amused ,the pool lovely and warm and a great place to see the troup of monkeys that came through early in the morning . Suzette ,Waterman were all very helpful.A very comfortable apartment , and yes the beach is only 5 minutes walk away add another 5 mins and turn left and the beach is quieter and magical .
Would we go back ? DEFINATLY

What a wonderful apartment!
We stayed in Casablanca No. 4 for two weeks in March and wish we could have stayed longer. The apartment is exactly as pictured on the website although it is actually more spacious than it appears. There are two very large bedrooms, one with en suite and one with the bathroom just outside the bedroom door. Both have air conditioners that kept the bedrooms perfectly comfortable for sleeping. We loved the long couch on the semi-enclosed balcony overlooking the pool and spent many hours there just enjoying the peace and tranquility. The owner, Judith was very easy to deal with and the staff that take care of the apartment are lovely. The pool, while somewhat small, was never busy and there are lots of loungers available as well as lots of shade. Although we had a car, one would not be necessary as the beach is just a 10 minute walk and the bus stop for the buses to Holetown and Speightstown are at the end of the street. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking to enjoy the more peaceful side of Barbados. We lived on the South Coast of Barbados, which can be noisy and busy, for two years and we really, really appreciated the beauty and tranquility of the Gibbs/Mullins area.

Spacious apartment with lovely pool in reasonable walking distance of our fav beach at Mullins
We love the Mullins area of Barbados and this well equipped apartment provides a great base to explore the Island, chill by the large and well maintained pool or spend the day on the beautiful beach. Everything in the apartment worked and it was kept ultra clean by the regular staff. We would be happy to rent the apartment again or to recommend it to friends. Our highlights were trips to the horseracing at Garrison Savannah and just relaxing on Mullins Beach. We actually found the food at Mullins Beach Bar to be as good as any of the more expensive establishments, although it closes at 7pm. Pat & Jackie

All you could ask for
This is our first time in Barbados but after reading about the island, it became rapidly clear that for our lifestyle needs, including three young children, this area would be optimal. What we enjoyed discovering though is how all the travellers remaining in Mullins had chosen this region after decades of visiting Barbados. This was definitely quieter, convenient and very personable part of the island. The apartment was equally satisfying. Newly renovated, bright, clean, airy and large and quiet, well equipped in the kitchen and in towels and beach toys. The staff were wonderful and very discrete space. The pool and BBQ (used every night for the wonderful selection of local fish) were great and someone with a lot of experience was always available with generous amounts of advice. The hosts are very easily reached by email and helpful as were the managers of the rental. Other than the welcome visitors (families of monkeys, oversized toads (literally the size of a soccer ball)), our days were undisturbed in the apartment. Our greatest preoccupation was deciding whether we would start the day at the pool and finish in the ocean or vice-versa! Snorkelling being so easy in Mullins and Gibbs beaches, the water so clear and the shade always available from trees, the choice was not so easy! We saw much of the island from this central location (Caves, reserves, gardens), a taste for more to come.

Fabulous stay in a wonderful apartment
We stayed for 11 nights at Casablanca and had a fabulous time. We have visited Barbados several times and it never disappoints and nor did Casablanca. The apartment is spacious with everything on hand - we ate in several nights and the terrace was perfect. The layout of the apartment was great, with doors in both the master bedroom and the lounge area opening right back to give a gentle breeze in the warm evenings. A lovely large pool as well. A car is not essential as the beach is a few minutes walk away and there is a bus stop at the bottom of the road as well. Great location for Mullins Beach with all the water sports but also able to walk along the beach to quieter ones such as Gibbs and Reeds Bay. We love Barbados and will definitely be back and would not hesitate to recommend Casablanca to anyone wishing to visit. Many thanks, Jo
