Administración con muchas cosas a mejorar

La ubicación.

El aire acondicionado funcionaba con muy poca potencia. Hubo dos situaciones que dejan mucho que desear, una de ellas generó un cobro de una toalla mucho más algo de lo que podríamos valorar su costo, y no siquiera estaba originalmente en buen estado, cuando nos la reemplazaron si nos percatamos que estaba también con manchas y no creo que a los inquilinos anteriores les hubieran manejado de igual manera.

clean, excellent location, good value. it's not prettiest, but it got the job done.

I asked if I could pay extra for a late check out and the girl at the desk said no.

Hotel Paris Dump...!

Absolutely nothing.....!

The TV didn't work, the microwave didn't work, my reservations was for two so when my transgender friend get there they tell me I had to pay $15 extra because she is transgender that is totally discrimination and racist

Cancelation

Didn't like the location. So I cancel with in minutes arriving to hotel. I ask hotel attendees how can i cancel she said you go back to app and make cancelation because i can't do for you. Money back, please.

Rain came through bathroom ceiling light fixture. Sink water pressure low. Large patches in walls and ceiling.

On the page they put photos with beautiful rooms but when you arrive they give you a horrible room the door is not secure the horrible bathrooms I don't know how you can recommend this type of hotel

The worst place ever. The old lady at the reception spent 20 minutes looking for my reservation, ending up giving me the key to a dirty room with someone's luggage. A few minutes after some guy showed up and tried to take my key without saying a word (nor Spanish or English), no explanation given. It turned out he was an employee, who escorted me to another room. The room is about a century old, and the heater works like a jet engine. Loud noise from the street.

good location if you do not plan to sleep there on a weekend before 4am

the price…. Also it was close to downtown and a lot of nice places to eat near by

wifi was terrible. too close to bars that play loud music until 4am so the room was extremely noisy at night and could not sleep.

Superb

I've stayed there once before, the room was better/cleaner and updated than last time. I was happy that I had a fridge and a micro. Everything was decent.

The lighting could have been better but not a deal breaker. When checking in, there was a girl hanging out in the lobby, I couldn't tell if she worked there and I didn't see anyone behind the desk until I walked up. Someone was sitting at the desk, she was really nice and got me checked in. The younger girl at the lobby approached me, got in my personal space and started at me for a while while I was checking in. I didn't know what that was so when she huffed a heavy sigh and walked away, I asked the employee- what was that and who is she? Answer was vague "a guest" I felt something could have been done or at least tell her to not bother other guests. Later I assumed she probably does work there.. on her own.

I stayed for 5 nights shower did not work went to tell receptionist nothing was done didnt even change me to another room and its not worth it for the price they charge.

Basically enjoyable and easygoing and would recommend having a stay!

The location and rooms are very nice! Rooftop is very nice! When it’s quiet, it is a nice place.

Housekeepers are rude, loud and start noisily entering the room at like 8:30am, turning on very bright main overhead lights and talking on a crudely loud staticky walkie-talkie with no regard if you’re asleep or what your day will be like after the rude awakening! However, receptionists are nice.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in

Not one thing.

I reserved a queen bedroom and got a full. The floor was dirty not vaccum. Bad location you could hear music til 5 am. Hair dryer and microwave wave not working. I will not return to this hotel.

Lovely hotel

Hotel Paris is in downtown, close to everything, the owner is one of the best host ever! The hotel is simple, but you got everything that you need! Thanks for everything from El Salvador
