Good value for short weekday solo stay.

The hotel lobby suggests big & opulent. The hotel is in continual remodelling. Each room is unique. Minor differences. The rooms are "Standard", & "Suite, +, ++, +++" A "Deluxe" room is a "Standard" room. A "premium" room, is a "Standard" room with A/C, & is NOT an equally priced "Suite". The better rooms all face, with windows, a loud club, next door, called "Deck 22", with extremely loud music until 2:00+ am. The budget priced "Standard" room, without A/C & heat, is best spring & fall seasons. The online prices are 20%+ cheaper. The reservation is without credit card payment. Weekday rates are lower, & best, & quiet nights. The value to a customer is when returning, & knowing the good, & bad. Lots of hot water, and pleasant staff. Actively monitored 25/7 security, (cameras). A safe hotel on Revolution blvd.

Loud music from DECK-22 night club, affecting most rooms above "Standard" rooms, which are inside, and/or not facing Deck-22 night club.

I like night shift maids and day shift front desk staff

I like that the maids are very attentive.. And the manager is very nice and sweet lady. The night shift maids are awesome.. I love them

I didn't like the night shift front desk, because when I needed help with my TV. He told me to wait for the mechanic person and that person never came. He sent the maids. And when I called the front desk. He ask me how did I learned to call the front desk as if.. We are not suppose to call the front desk as a guest. His rude and shouldn't be working with customer service if that's the case.

Debía subir muchas escaleras y era confuso! En recepción por momentos no había nadie!

Fotos y lobby engañosas, habitaciones que parecen vecindad

Desayuno? De que hablan jaja. Las fotos son engañosas, también el lobby, esta muy lindo pero al momento de subir a las habitaciones se convierte en una vecindad, con paredes muy delgadas que se escucha todo y el personal que aparentemente de limpieza o mtto empieza a las 5 am a hacer ruido.

Ropa de cama más nueva, mejor limpieza, remodelacion del piso de habitaciones

Ubicación

Vecinos conflictivos sin que el personal actuará y que no hicieran el aseo de la habitación la mañana Intermedia entre los dos días de estancias., No tiene clima y no te ofrecen ventilador si no lo pides, además de que el control remoto del TV no sirvió.

The lobby is the only thing nice about this place. The noise was so loud that the walls vibrated.

THEY DON’T HAVE HOT WATER, the water is just warm but not hot enough to take a shower specially now that is super cold, when we were doing the check In, it was a couple complaining about it but they said they will fix the problem, but obviously they didn’t, when I went to the front desk to tell them , they said it was because they were full at the hotel, and the heaters are not big enough to provide hot water for everyone, so try to find a different hotel, this is the first and last time I’m staying in there,

Bad beds ...lobby great ...rooms trash..

I checked in at 12pm Jan 7 2023....was supposed to be there 2 nights...till monday morning the 9 of January...but the beds are horrible I checked in at 12pm checked out 2hrs later the beds are horrible u could feel the springs when u lay down...the worst expierence ever

I already had a reservation but they made me pay again when I checked in.

It was on Avenida Revolucion

They charged me $40 over what I paid on booking.com. They basically made me rent the room for the night again with cash. There's no point reserving a room here online when they'll just make you pay for it again when you check in.

Horrible stay

No breakfast,tv was not working,very loud ,no coffe

Everything was bad, no coffee machine, no refrigerator, no microwave.The room was $72, and it had absolutely nothing in the room .
