The pool and gym are fantastic and the key reason to stay at the hotel. The gift-hat shop is also excellent, and the market, when open, has a lot of choices and great gourmet Southern foods.
It is a stale, cold place with no Southern charm at all. You could be in NY or Chicago. It is corporate and dull. It is expensive yet the service is not great in terms of the extras - dry cleaning, etc. What I found most bizarre was the rules about taking sports drinks into the pool. As a swimmer, I take a bottle of water with me to swim. You are not allowed to have a water bottle, even one provided by the hotel in your room. No water bottles of your own. The excuse is that it is a restaurant, and they offer free water. But the free water station was broken and required several small plastic cups - not environmentally great. So I had to swim laps, exit the pool area and go to the gym for water, and then walk back to continue laps. Very corporate-rule based and not hospitable.

I liked that the photos didn’t get my hopes up, the place was beautiful just like on the internet.
The bar at the pool area didn’t have “sweet” drinks like what I like, however I ordered coke so that was fine

The property overall was a very nice experience. The amenities are nice and being close to downtown was definitely a plus. Also round of applause for the staff they were very friendly and helpful. I definitely appreciate that.
Overall, for the amount that they charge to stay there, the bed wasn’t as comfortable and the sheets on the bed wasn’t as clean. I did find little stains on the sheets, and the pillows are very uncomfortable.

Love the hotel and staff.
It isn’t the fault of the hotel. The location is right next to homelessness and we happened to be there during a birthday party that didn’t allow us to enjoy the amenities. It was too full.
2.5
Quick check -in, clean, convenient location.
Some clerk has less hospitality though others are good.

It was a very nice place, staff was nice and helpful.
When we got there the room we were originally assigned to was never cleaned so we walked into a room where there was trash laying around and messy beds, we had to be escorted to our rooms all weekend cause they said the systems were down.

We ate at Bob's Steak and Chop and the food was delicious. The room was clean and beautiful. I would stay here again.

The hotel is clean and very pretty.
Paid $350.00 for a room and they want you to PAY for wifi??? Ridiculous!

Beautiful. Very nice rooms.
Shower products were difficult to use. Their pumps we very hard to get the products out of.
Also the hotel no real lounge area with televisions.

The property was clean and the location was perfect for our visit.
The Omni did not honor my reservation for my room selection. Thus a reservation.

The water pressure in the shower was excellent.
Toilet in room 953 does not flush well, the water tank doesn’t fill sometimes and you have to press the “flusher” multiple times before it refills water.
After bourbon and beyond, no late night food options pass 9:30pm at Omni, very disappointing.

Breakfast was great. Dinner at bobs was amazing
Having to beg for housekeeping. And when they came it was after 5 pm. Calling down for towels
4.0
Central downtown location, plenty of restaurant options
— Any hotel this pricey should not be making guests pay extra for wifi. This really annoys me.
— Hard, blocky pillows

An excellent room with a wonderful view. I had mentioned if we could have one with a bathtub and was pleasantly surprised that we received that.
I cannot really think of anything that i did not like.

We loved EVERYTHING, beautifully designed hotel with all the amenities you could need/want. Every single staff member was excellent, the room was so quiet and spacious. We enjoyed the rooftop hot tub and the speakeasy bar downstairs. I got super excited to see NEST products in the bathroom, had a fridge for our leftovers, and a Keurig for coffee. We also enjoyed that the hotel is connected to Falls City Market and ate there often.
The pillows could be more firm, the pool was not heated as anticipated, the parking cost could be more reasonably priced.

very clean, and always nice
the price was way more expensive than any other time we have stayed. We normally choose the Omni for its location, cleanliness and price. I was shocked at rates.
