About this house rental
The Space:
Great location, just a short walk from tennis courts, playground, shop, pub, Clutha River and outlet track. Just a 2 minute stroll away are the Riverside Park amenities where you can enjoy a soak in the spa pool in winter, swim in the pool in summer, the gym, basketball hoop, BBQ’s, community hall and kitchen. Just across the road is the large open reserve for cricket, football, flying kites or frizbie golf.
The house soaks up all day sun, has a large heat pump and a pellet heater in the lounge, panel heaters in all bedrooms and double glazing throughout - you will not be cold in this house! The dining and living areas feature outstanding mountain views. This room also features an easy futons for an extra child.
North facing open-plan living and dining space with sliding doors that flow to the fully fenced (toddler safe) outdoor area featuring the patio and deck for alfresco dining. Grab a drink, sit, relax, and soak up the views after a long day on the slopes or on the water.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern appliances.
Two bedrooms feature queen beds and the third has 2 king singles. Beds are all new and high quality.
Plenty of space for cars or the boat in the garage and driveway. Kids can scoot / cycle on the quiet and safe residential lanes.
The garage has internal access, and contains a full laundry and drying racks and boot dryer for the ski gear.

This is self-catering accommodation however for your convenience, we will get you started with a few rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher detergent along with a couple of tea towels, dishcloth, 2 bin liners and laundry liquid. We use only eco-friendly cleaning products. Sheets and towels are provided. We recommend you bring your own beach towels.
The Neighborhood:
Easy access to Cardrona, Treble Cone Ski Fields and Snow Farm and all that Wanaka and Queenstown Lakes district has to offer. Numerous mountain bike tracks are nearby, including Sticky Forest, Outlet Track and Deans Bank.
Interaction with Guests:
Wanaka Holiday Homes office hours are Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm and Saturday: 9am to 2pm. We are available after hours for urgent matters. You will be provided with arrival instructions one week prior to arrival. This is self catering holiday home accommodation. We provide sheets and towels but you will need to bring you own personal supplies.

This was an absolutely amazing stay in a beautiful and great house with a sense of luxury. The surroundings were also beautiful, the landscape is breathtaking and you can relax very well, especially after exciting day trips. Highly recommendable!

We loved staying at this clean, modern, well equipped, light and bright house! Everything we needed was provided and very comfortable. The house is well laid out for a big family, with a generous lounge and kitchen/dining. The property is fully fenced, perfect for preschoolers.

A lovely, warm, modern well equipped house! We had a most delightful stay with all the comforts you could need or want. Our dog loved it as well. The property is well fenced for animal securiry. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a place to stay!

Great house, full of character. Would definitely stay again although not entirely obvious which house it is based on street signage and the curtains in the third bedroom (single bed) are not the best for shutting out the street light.

Very sunny position and quiet location.
Very sunny position and quiet location. Access to the community gym and spa was a real bonus, although unsupervised children there on one occasion was disappointing-chips all over the carpets!
A heater in each bedroom would have given it more stars, but otherwise a lovely place to stay.

We stayed for ten days and absolutely loved our time at this fantastic property. Very warm, wonderfully set up and packed full of holiday hobbies for young children. A very easy property to walk in to and immediately feel at home. Very clean. Excellent secure fenced area for our dog.
We will definitely be coming back!

Thanks for letting us use your lovely home. It was perfect for our small family and dog. The location is ideal being close to walking tracks and the river in a nice quiet area. Albertown is so close to Wanaka itself we enjoyed everything in the area for the days we had.
