I wouldn't stay here again, but if you want to party and play all night, it's well located.

The location is right in the night life and very noisy until 5am always play loud music. If you want to party this is very handy location, otherwise it just noisy and busy.

The room was smallish but clean and tidy. Very noisy with music play all night.

There is water left in the bathroom ...

Good price and location was conveneince.

The party noise on the street went on all night till 5am,

no hot water shower and it was so noisy I couldn't sleep

Unhygienic and and in need of a lot of maintenance

Central location

Rooms are very outdated and not hygienic. Walls have mold on them, little ants are present, the windows don't close properly (= lot of noise of the nearby bar street) and the bedsheets have stains in them. We got moved to 3 unique rooms, and in the end chose to check-out 2 nights earlier than planned. The reception did not give us any money back, or said anything close to an apology.

Excellent location in the heart of Ho Chi Minh

Comfortable room in a great location. Great value for money. People had noted that the noise was loud but with ear plugs in, it did not affect our night sleep.

There were a few ants in the room - nothing major as it was just a small number. That was the only issue in relation to cleanliness.

arrived at room paint missing in a few spots , put sealer on spots were no paint paint room would be very nice 👍

Bad location for family

Easy access to tourist attractions.

Hotel location too near to bars & Pubs. Loud music every night and hard to sleep

Bugs everywhere in the room, wouldn’t stay here again!

The hotel itself was in a good location to everything we needed (bars, cafés, bus station)

The room had little bugs everywhere and wasn’t very clean, which was disappointing as our previous hotels in Vietnam have been spotless. When we pay for a room, we don’t want to feel unclean during our stay! The shower also leaked water all over the bathroom floor which was unacceptable. The aircon was also very temperamental and didn’t cool us down very well at all!

Too loud to sleep before 4 am

The bed was very comfortable and the staff was friendly.

If you want to sleep before 4 am, do not go here. From 10pm - 4am the music of Bui Vien street is extremely loud. Even with good earplugs you'll hear the music and feel the bass. The window doesn't shut properly as well. Do not believe the "sound proof rooms" in their description.

We have stayed in better for the price

Location was very central and rooms were okay (not exactly as pictured but not completely different)

The shower didn’t drain properly and would flood the bathroom. It wasn’t particularly clean. The room was on the front so the noise from the street was very loud all day and night; we had to sleep with ear plugs.

I been there for 2 times stay less than 2 month ago the bath tub is leaking and the floor with water all over the floor and is very slippery

Great location reasonably priced class hotel

Location fantastic. Just off Bue Vien street but very quiet. 200m to bus station Got upgraded to a corner room whish was fantastic.
