Bellísima playa , increíble lugar pero el hotel necesita ser remodelado

La primera habitación no era como las fotos, necesitaba remodelación, baño viejo, y el resto también. La segunda habitación que nos dieron luego de 5 días , era excelente. Nueva , excelente baño, y comodidad. La atención de Priscila, Marjorie y tantos otros !

El hotel no tiene un lobby!!!! El desayuno era básico, feo café recalentado, poca variedad y opciones

Not worth the big bucks

The beach is beautiful with easy access. The restaurants have very limited menus and only red and white wine for alcohol.

The property needs big time updating, very old looking.

no me gusto que en un lugar tan caro hayan ROBADO MI CALZADO !!! Es inaceptable que alguien haya robado las sandalias que deje en la reposera del complejo que da al mar!!!! , deberían tener un guardia que controle continuamente la zona de las reposteras en la playa !!! Cuando ocurrió avisé a seguridad y no pasó nada… el día que hicimos el check out le pregunté a la empleada administrativa si habían encontrado mis sandalias, ella me miró sorprendida porque nadie le aviso acerca del robo de mis sandalias . Deberían además de controlar más tener una persona como salvavidas como hay en todas las playas del mundo…

Loved the location but will not chose this hotel for a next stay

Location and room size

Restaurant/food options were not many. You had to make reservations every day for most of the restaurants and availability for family size parties was not that great. Staff at the restaurants was not trained and they were not very friendly for the most part. Service was very slow too.

Property is on the beach, very beautiful beach. Guests have access to sister resort Blue Haven. BH is a much nicer property with better restaurants and better staff.

Pictures misrepresent the property. Disappointed to see that property was not well maintained. Staff was not friendly, not motivated to be there. Poor cleaning, poor maintenance of the property. Shortage of beach towels. Beach towels stained. Beach beds stained.

Awesome Resort - Proof that bigger resorts aren't necessarily better.

Closeness to beach, housekeeping, friendly staff (multiple people were always willing to help and answer an questions), size of resort, excellent a la carte restaurants, ability to handle large groups for dinner, plenty of space for seating at beach and a decent amount at the pool, activities available, vibe of resort (both tranquility when needed and also liveliness).

Certain restaurants were not always available everyday. AC could not be lowered below 72 degrees. Bedroom would not cool as much as living area.

There were a lot of flies landing on the pastries at the buffet. Covers would help. There was no nightly chocolate buffet as advertised . There were not many dining options

Didn’t get to go bc passports didn’t make it in time the resort wouldn’t allow us to change dates.

Unfortunately, we did not get to go and stay at the resort. Our passports didn’t come in time…even though we should have gotten them before the trip. When I reached out to the property to see if we could change the dates they said No. so we did not get to celebrate our 5 yr anniversary on this dream trip. As an educator, vacations don’t happen often and when something like this happens it is devastating. We lost all of the money we paid for the hotel as well. Very disappointing that they would not work with us an allow us to move our stay back a few months.

Amazing staff, the resort could do with a revamp

Staff were amazing A special mention to: Dericka Sudion Judyann Chef Keith Claude Cleopatra

Room had some broken furniture Pool needed cleaning at times The layout of the resort needs changing. You had to walk all the way around the outskirts of the resort to get to our room from reception.

Dream all-inclusive vacation in paradise!

The resort was beautiful on a gorgeous, clean beach. The food options were plentiful and delicious. Most importantly, everyone was super friendly, helpful, and kind. It made for a wonderful family vacation!

I think I’ve written it.

Excellent breakfast especially the omelette cook.

You need new bedroom mattress that thick and firm and not sagging. You need housekeeping to provide additional bath towels under bathroom vanity and face clothes were at times missing and so were bath mats. Additionally, water leaks from shower so we had to use beach towels on floor to avoid tremendous water leaking from shower door. Also we asked for additional blankets which provided but then maid took them back when cleaning room. Also, I asked for sausage or mushroom pizza at Resturant when order three staff cashier staff said we don’t offer that on menu I said I know but these are typical USA toppings??!! They couldn’t accommodate that request although I said they offer sausage and mushrooms pieces for omelette for breakfast you can use that. I spoke to resturant manager Ruresh who said that he would orient his staff because that my request was reasonable and could have been provided easily. We went to the weekly barbecue at the Blue Haven site there was only one shuttle bus for atleast 100 people attending the barbecue that was ridiculous after a very elaborate beautiful dinner evening people sat at the shuttle bus bus stop waiting an hour for pickup and started to get irritated.

Paradise on Earth! The Best Vacation we ever had #1!

It will be using something more substantial than the word like. We loved the hotel. I made a small request before we arrived at the hotel, and the hotel staff did their best to accommodate my request. The people working for Alexandra Resort are incredible. Smile, kindness, care and warmth are what we felt all the time. Foods at restaurants, ease of booking a place with the desired cuisine. I am drifting back to my memory, where I felt on vacation every second I was at Alexandra Resort. My wife says that she transfers back to Grace Bay beach right in front of the hotel whenever she closes her eyes. We loved it so much that we are definitely coming back. I almost forgot about Icecream after lunch on a hot August day. That was a fantastic vacation for my family, all we did wake up, eat, swim, eat, swim, eat, dance, sleep and the next day all over again.

I couldn't think of anything reasonable that I did not like, so I also asked my family. We don't have one. Maybe, maybe, what to improve, I would have said, I wish the hotel had a shuttle service with the airport, and that would have been so comfortable and lovely to have. A taxi driver who brought us from the airport was driving a little bit too fast for me.

Beach, pool, staff were all excellent. The sushi was excellent.

Some of the food was a bit blah.
