Prachtig gelegen camping in een oase van rust. Het ligt vlakbij het drukke stadje Pigeon Forge, maar daar is niets van te merken. De tent is ruim en schoon. Personeel is erg behulpzaam. Eten en drinken kan in de ‘hoofdtent’. Doordat er geen internetbereik is, is er ouderwetse gezelligheid met spelletjes en kampvuur. Wij hadden wel langer willen blijven.
Het is redelijk prijzig.

I enjoyed the activities offered such as board games, cornhole, horseshoes, and of course the smores and bonfire in the evening! The tent was really nice with a comfy bed and a bathroom and had everything you needed! Very nice. The free bottle of water upon check in was a nice touch.
Food prices were unreasonably overpriced for what you ordered! We opted to drive down the road and around the corner to eat in town instead.

if you want to disconnect this is it! Staff is super friendly and they try to make it interesting with yoga and crafts. Water was hot!
our bed was suppeer squeaky I mean you could hear every toss and turn. Over all is pretty expensive.

The mornings are so serene, quiet, and peaceful.
The grassy areas around the tents. The ground is very unsuitable for walking on, especially while unloading and loading your belongs? With this is made me feel like we should be able to park closer to our tents to load and unload. This is really my only gripe.

Beautiful scenery and the staff was amazing staff. Didn't eat there much, but what we did eat was good!
The shower was a pull down that didn't stay down and hot water was spotty, but I really enjoyed staying there

The deluxe tent we stayed in had a shower and toilet, so cool! The king sized bed was so comfy and the blankets were very warm. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and tucked away so you feel like you’re in the wilderness. We loved the ruggedness, but that we could also walk to the main building for hot drinks, food, activities, games and s’mores!! My daughter got to paint rocks and a canvas picture on the evenings we stayed and there was always a schedule of activities and music. The Under Canvas experience and staff made my daughter and I’s GSM trip one to remember!
We stayed when the weather dipped down to the 20’s at night so we had to keep our wood burning stove going at all times. The staff was so helpful and provided us with plenty of firewood, extra kindling and starters whenever we needed, but I wasn’t able to keep the fire going overnight so we woke up chilly!! It was a bit of a full time job keeping that fire burning but all in all it was a cool experience!

Awesome glamping experience. very well appointed tent. I did not book the tent with the private bath as it was not available.
The comunal bath could use more oversight on cleaning and towel availability.

Totally wonderful staff. Unusual and pleasant experience with being close to the nature -- like in scout times ;) Close proximity to the National Park. Surprisingly good breakfast and dinner menus. Nice "lobby" tent, with a guitar you are free to play, tables, places to charge your electronics, and complimentary coffee and tea.
Well, I know that offering no WiFi is intentional by Under Canvas. But I also had no Xfinity coverage at that place, what made my stay actually very stressful, and requiring multiple trips to Pigeon Forge. And I missed one important emergency contact, what made my stay actually very bad at the end. Disconnection is a state of mind rather than enforcing no physical contact with the world. So if you are running a business, or have workers / students that may need you sparse yet reliable help, this is not place for you. I think that offering an emergency even low-speed WiFi, only in the lobby, would make this place ideal. Who wants to totally disconnect -- will do it. Who needs to make sure everything is running well at home / in the office -- will have a better sleep. I and my wife know we will not be returning to Under Canvas in the future. This stay was too stressful due to lack of so simple thing to offer, especially when you pay $420 per two-person tent per night (+ $50 of taxes) -- it's too much for what you are getting.

No cell service Which made it Relaxing!
Roads to get there were extremely Curvy. Our porch could have been larger and more private.
