Nice towels. Easy check-in
Tiny room. Way over priced. Only worth half the price charged. Noisy and ineffective air conditioning. Noisy neighbors, having an argument.

friendly manager and excellent location!
the King room was advertised as 355 sq. ft. but was only 190 sq. ft.

The booking.com app kept repeatedly sending me confirmations for a booking from June 2023!!!!...had to spend time calling and confirming with the hotel. Booking.com does not deserve their fees. Will book directly next time.

Perfect for an overnight stay.
Everything you need is just a short stroll away.
Nothing bad to report during our stay.
Although only a one night stay,no issues whatsoever.

Spotless and comfortable. It’s clear that the owners care. The room was pretty and cared for. Towels white and charcoal how brilliant to ask that the dark towels be used for makeup removal etc.
Very hard Q. Almost nothing. Only thing less than perfect was grouting in shower. Super clean but stained. “If this was me I would redo the grout whitening”. Seriously this is how much I loved our stay 🤷🏻♀️

Such a great price - a little gem. Honestly, it was really close (walking distance) to downtown. It was rather comfortable and cozy. Lots of towels provided- such a plus! Great for 2 people or solo - would need a bigger space for a family.

I liked how it was close to everything in town (by driving). The bed and pillows were comfortable.
The front desk (lobby) was closed when we arrived, and needed to get keys from lockbox, but the lockbox didn't work. So after driving all day from Seattle, then having to stand out in the freezing cold (actually snow on the ground) calling different numbers, it was not a welcoming experience. Then waiting for someone from a bar across the street to come and figure out why the lockbox wasn't working, then asking to see your personal texts to see the code, then eventually having to open up the lobby to grab a spare set of keys. From the time I arrived and finally got in my tiny, dated, room, it took about half an hour.
Parking was a free for all, and someone was parked in front of my room, so I had to unload my belongings first, then move my car to the back.
The room was dingy and dated, and tiny, I've attached some pictures. I stay in a lot of hotels, and this was too tiny to even do full stretching exercises on the floor.
Don't plan on watching TV either, their signal was really bad, or their using a poor quality monitor, or both, every channel is VERY blurry and proportions are cut off at the edges.
When checking out at 10:30, the lobby was still closed. I need printed invoices for my stay, but couldn't ask for one here. Just had to drop your keys in a mail slot. Which is not easy to do when you're one handed, had to someone push both flaps open (inside with please pinky and outside with thumb), while making sure the key clears the width of the door and fall in (using index), or it'll stay stuck inside the door.

Staff didn’t ask if we wanted our room cleaned or towels. That’s it. All else was awesome

Beautiful, cheapest and great location close to food entertainment and downtown. Wonderful rooms and parking we would recommend this place to anyone going to mount shasta. Great place to stay when planing a relaxing trip, going skiing, for work, or in our case getting closer to the best hospital and staff to have ur baby before induction day. It was great!!!

Super cute little mountain town motel, very quiet and comfy bed, walkable to the main parts of town
The smoke alarm was dangling from the ceiling and beeping like it needed a new battery but

Location is the only good thing about this place.
Customer service was horrible. Site facilities were either not working or out dated. My room (non-smoking) felt filthy and reaked of cigarettes. The floors were also dirty and not vacummed when I arrived. My shower lost hot water the second day of my stay and I ended up going the evening without hot water. The next morning the hot water was still not working so I decided to leave a day early, but when I tried to negotiate the terms of my refund, the hotel staff (Ashley) was very unprofessional and refused to return even half of my original payment for the inconvenience. This hotel doesn’t even have their own in-house staff, as they are managed by a third party property management company. It explains why people like Ashley won’t care about the quality of your stay. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The owners should be embarrassed of themselves for the condition of this place and the way their guests are being treated. Unfortunately, this was worst overnight accommodation experience I’ve ever had.

It was convenient location and quiet
Didn't really have any complaints

Rooms are clean and the location is nice. It's an easy walk into the main part of town and close to restaurants and a good little natural food grocery is a few blocks away. The hotel feels safe and it's nice to park right in front of the room. Self check-in was easy.
This was my 2nd time staying here. It's been a few years but it seems like some things have gone down hill. The shower in the room barely worked. There was basically no hot water pressure. The door could have used some new weather stripping as it leaked cold air and you could see light coming in all around the door when it was closed. The heater in the wall really cranked and was really loud and it was hard to adjust it to a low setting so the room got really hot in the night. Not sure I'd stay here again. Since we checked in later and left on the early side, I was never able to interact with any staff to voice my concerns directly.

I booked two rooms they did my check in with one room when i arrived at the Hotel the office was close the customer number I called them many times with no answering. At the beginning the lady and a girl both sow that we were outside the office none of them offered assistance our waiting could be less before we got help. Lady she just was looking at us until we asked if she worked here she mentioned to call the office number we told her no one answers then she call some girl across the street but the girl never came to help us she seem more interested in the event that was happening there “Halloween” i sow the ring bell had a note when we ring the bell some one was to answer after many times of pressing the bell finally a man answer says he will be there. He did came and was able to help us after a call he did finally we got our missing room. We were tired it was a cold day and we waited more than 30 min before the man came and help us. That was my only negatives on this hotel.

Easy to find. Within walking distance to restaurants and grocery. Good price. It had what I needed for a simple night's stay.
Check in at first confusing - a lockbox with the code sent by text. The sign said no vacancy and yet I only saw 2 other cars besides mine - strange. Noise from the street was noticeable. Ask for a room in the back? Would be better to get there early.

Unfortunately I locked myself out of my room early yesterday morning. That is totally my responsibility and I recognize it. The problem was I could not raise anybody to help me. My cell phone was in my room so I couldn’t call anyone. I use the “ring and “device several times. I knocked on the office door several times. In the end I regained entry have a watched many movies over the years. That’s all I’m gonna say about that. I will not be returning to this property.

It was fairly easy accessible and a short driving distance from Lake Siskyou. It's on the main road but the unit was quiet enough. A/C a little noisy but was able to sleep ok.
Serious problem in shower/bath. Very slippery and no mat to prevent you from slipping. I highly encourage the proprietors to make sure you have some sort of anti-slip mat in the shower.

Staff friendly and prompt to respond—Bed too tall and needed step stool which staff quickly supplied. Quiet surroundings. Two bedrooms.
Rooms too small for the big beds.
